The gently sloping yard goes down past a boathouse shed ( not in use), to a waterfront patio area with 10 seater outdoor table, multiple Adirondack chairs, a separate fire pit area and your very own dock / deck directly on the water ! Things to Note:- No smoking anywhere on the property.- No parties, events or large gatherings are allowed.
