All other TV’s get local channels only.Our neighborhood has access to a 50+ acre gated park area with boat ramp, covered pavilion, picnic tables, bbq grills, playground, basketball court and is a great place to enjoy evening sunsets. If you like wildlife our neighborhood has an abundance of deer that love to be fed.The floating restaurant in the neighborhood is Captain Pete’s and is open daily.
