바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 영국 데번 호텔

이것은 Leonardo Hotel에서의 두 번째 숙박이었습니다. 도착하자마자 우리는 6일 동안 주차를 위해 £60파운드를 지불해야 했습니다. 주차장은 호텔 아래에 있었고 편리했지만 매우 더러웠습니다. 리셉션과 체크인은 매우 빨랐고 접수 원은 매우 친절했습니다. 우리 방은 깨끗했고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 우리는 매일 아침 아침 식사를 지불했지만 6일 중 4일 동안 패스트리가 없었습니다. 매니저에게 좀 먹을 수 있냐고 물었을 때 배달에 문제가 있다고 들었지만 다음날 아침에 가장 먼저 크루아상을 다 먹었다고 들었습니다! 아침 식사에 많은 돈을 지불하면 메뉴의 모든 것에 접근할 수 있어야 한다고 생각합니다. 머무는 동안 버섯도 없었고 어느 날 아침에는 잼이나 누텔라도 없었습니다! 매우 실망스러운. 레스토랑에서 기다리는 직원은 매우 즐거웠습니다. 또한 이틀 연속 청소 서비스가 없었습니다.

이것은 청구 된 가격에 3-star 호텔에 매우 적합하며 경영진은 다른 리뷰에서 언급 한 문제 중 일부를 수정하기 위해 조치를 취했습니다. 아내와 나는 최근에 새 단장을 마친 표준 트윈 룸에있었습니다. 방은 단순했지만 새 가구, 카펫 및 욕실 스위트가 있었고 쾌적하게 장식되었습니다. 매트리스는 편안했습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 좋은 선택을 제공했지만 소시지는 더 나은 품질을 제공할 수 있었습니다. 8.00pm에서 시작하는 매일 저녁 다양한 솔로 보컬리스트의 형태로 엔터테인먼트가있었습니다. 이것은 나이든 고객 (주로 코치 파티를 중심으로)을 향해 기울어졌으며 많은 고객들은 젊은 고객에게 제한된 매력을 가지고 있습니다. 바 가격은 코치 파티(우리가 아님)에 대한 2 대 1 제안으로 상당히 평균이었습니다. 많은 리뷰어들이 호텔 인터넷에 대한 큰 비판이 해결되었으며 다운로드 속도가 20메그 이상인 우리 방에 좋은 무료 인터넷이 있었습니다. 전용 주차장은 없지만 호텔 주변에는 확실히 연중 이맘때에 제한되지 않은 충분한 노상 주차장이 있습니다. 바다에서 불과 300m 떨어진 코치카 부분에 인접한 뒷 호텔 입구가 있습니다. Babbacombe 절벽 철도는 불과 100m 떨어져 있습니다. 또한 이 뒷문과 가까운 곳에 Tesco Express가 있습니다. Torquay United의 고향인 Plainmoor와 마찬가지로 도보 거리에 여러 레스토랑과 펍이 있습니다. 우리는 단점이 사소하다고 느꼈지만 일부 고객은 객실 냉장고 또는 객실 금고를 놓칠 수 있으며 언급했듯이 아침 식사는 통조림 토마토 대신 양질의 소시지와 구운 것으로 개선 될 수 있습니다. 우리 방의 한 가지 이상한 점은 차/커피 트레이 옆에 있는 전원 콘센트에 블랭킹 플레이트가 설치되어 있었고 13 암피트 소켓이 그 위치에서 주전자를 사용할 수 있었을 때였습니다(관리자가 이것을 읽으면 매우 쉬운 수정처럼 보입니다).

Lovely hotel, staff were helpful & friendly. Let down by very noisy guests next door, raised this to management, but still disrupted through the night. Quite frustrating.

The location was good, the hotel was very basic but for the price was excellent. The breakfast was really good. Overall really good value for money.

Very poor for parking, the steps of the area going for the car park are unsafe for women and children, as there are homeless men sleeping and youngsters smoking ***** in the area, car parking fees are very expensive at £10.90 for one day so I was there for six days, where Premier inn is only £6 90 for one day, on my arrival at the reception even though I was born in Torquay and lived there for 17 years but now living in Thailand I was asked for my passport and I can assure you I was not happy with,

非常漂亮，各方面水準都不錯。

Had another wonderful stay at the imperial hotel. We had a sea facing room, it was immaculately clean, nice cosy room with fabulous views over the bay.  Spoilt for choice at breakfast, had a lovely breakfast table facing the sea. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault this hotel, location is fantastic a few minutes walk to the harbour with bars & restaurants We are looking to book again very soon .

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

Excellent facilities, all the comforts you need and spacious room. Clean and well organised. Efficient service provided.
