바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 영국 데번 호텔

This hotel is very clean and all the woman receptionist very polite and helpful. Very happy with the service from them. The 2 man night staff were not helpful. I didn’t understand why I can’t order drink for our room and pay end of the stay. We even received letter in the morning that was outside the room not in envelope which everyone can read I didn’t like at all , reason been dater protection with don’t forget to pay for our order which we did straight away and had my full name on it.We stayed for 3 night so what was such a problem for those 2 night shift man. Otherwise all our stay was perfect. Thank u

나는 자주 돌아오는 손님입니다. 호텔은 Totnes 메인 스트리트의 맨 아래 끝에 위치하고 있습니다. 음식을 제공하는 번화한 호텔과 바입니다. 건물은 방으로 이어지는 중앙 계단이 하나 있는 오래된 건물입니다. 내가 점유 한 모든 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 세련된 방식으로 장식되어 있으며 침대는 편안합니다.. 차는 좋은 품질입니다. 차 피그 작은 커피 머신과 물 한 병도 제공됩니다. 나는 체강과 채식주의자입니다. 다른 호텔에서 먹는 것은 거의 불가능합니다. 그들은 단순히 내식이 요법을 충족시키지 못합니다. 고맙게도 여기에서 맛있는 아침 식사를 보장합니다. 여기로 돌아온 가장 중요한 이유 중 하나는 고객 서비스입니다. 여기 직원들은 정말 접근하기 쉽고 친절합니다. 숙박과 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 모든 문제는 해결을 돕기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다. 여기에 공석이 없다면 다른 호텔 등에 머물렀지만 내 경험에서 편안하고 친절한 환경, 아름다운 객실, 토네스를 기지로 하는 위치를 좋아한다면 이곳이 올 곳입니다. 또한 내가 가본 가장 아름다운 영화관에서 가까운 도보 거리에 있으며 주요 번화가를 따라 자리 잡고 있습니다. 내 유일한 소원은 더 많은 무료 주차가 가능했다는 것입니다. 호텔은 호텔 뒤쪽에 약 6대의 차량을 수용할 수 있습니다. 메인 스트리트와 인근 Morrisons에는 유료 주차장이 많이 있습니다.

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

체크인 과정에서 큰 문제가 있었지만, 사실 이건 호텔 측에 예약을 확인하지 않은 trip.com의 실수였습니다. Trip.com 측은 제 돈을 먼저 받아주겠다고 했지만, trip.com 측에 항의해야 했습니다. 결국 보상은 받았지만, 결국 싸움이 벌어졌습니다. 위치는 좋았고 조식도 포함되어 있었습니다. 특별한 건 기대하지 마세요. 둥근 계란 같은 건 없었습니다. 토키는 물가가 꽤 비싸서 호텔의 주류 가격이 높습니다. 마리나까지 걸어서 5분 거리입니다. 주차장이 없으니 주차를 원하시면 걸어가셔야 합니다.

우리가 점유한 표준 트윈 베드룸은 상당히 작지만 잘 꾸며져 있으며 현대적인 가구가 있으며 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗합니다. 최근 샤워 시설, TV, 선풍기, 차/커피 메이커가 있습니다. 각 침대에 인접한 트윈 전기 소켓과 4개의 USB 콘센트가 있습니다. 창은 바다를 직접 향하지 않고 해안을 따라 보이지만 전망은 매우 쾌적합니다. 영국식 아침 식사는 좋았고 관리자 Adam은 매우 도움이되었습니다. 호텔 옆에 단단한 곳에 주차장이 있습니다. 바다와 부두가 가깝고 주요 쇼핑 지역은 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 우리의 체류를 많이 즐겼습니다. 두 가지 건설적인 제안은 (1) 곡선형 세면대 위에 서지 않는 세면도구를 위한 욕실 선반과 (2) 변기 브러시 제공이다.

We waited a good 15-20 minutes at the door ringing but no answer, a guest let us in and waited in the reception before anyone came. The room was hot on arrival so we turned down the radiator and opened the windows. Cleaning was not great and we found receipts in the drawer, the bed was two singles pushed together and you could feel the gap! The shower is just ok not powerful and the en-suite is dated and small, no extra toilet paper and not even half a roll on the roll that was left! Breakfast time, we waited for about 10-15 minutes before we asked for our order and the selection was not great!

Very welcoming reception. Evening meal was awful. Couldn't get under shower as water was too hot. Breakfast was a nightmare. People sat down after us got served before us. Eggs Royal came with no eggs and full breakfast came with wrong eggs. Waiter accidently dropped a flower stem into my coffee (and the water they were in was not fresh) and left it for me to replace coffee. Not impressed.

Great location views from the room were fantastic Only downside is the price of parking at the hotel so had to use a different location for that

All in all it was so amazing weekend The only thing needed a refrigerator in the room otherwise everything was totally fine
