Behind the house is a two-unit apartment. So, there is no access to the back lawn. The house has great natural lighting. There is one step to get into the house. All main areas, kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom, and both bedrooms, are on the same level. To access the office there is another step down. The living room has a large picture window the overlooks the front lawn. It has a 55-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. It is also where the sofa bed is located. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 43-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. The second bedroom has a queen bed.
