There is a queen size bed in the main living area and a twin bed in a separate smaller room, a small kitchen that has a breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner stove top, toaster and coffee maker. One bathroom with a shower. No pets and no smoking allowed. The property is surrounded by cornfields across from the home and a beautiful pasture right next door that has a few horses. Plenty of parking is available in front of the guest home (including room for a trailer in case you are pulling one). Gorgeous mountain views and easy, quick access to downtown.
