'This was our second time as this property in Jackson Hole. The service is exceptional. Jessi at the front desk had our reservation as a different room. Upon showing our confirmation for a King Studio room she was able to switch us into the correct room and ensure we had a first floor room. This ambiance of the lobby is cosy with a fireplace. The room was exceptional clean. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft. The room’s fireplace is an amazing amenity after being out in the cold all day. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub for a soak. The temperature could be a bit hotter (it was 19 degrees outside) but we enjoyed ourselves. The latte’s in the morning were served hot by a lovely young lady (I didn’t get her name) in the hotel’s restaurant. Overall, the place is exceptional. It’s walking distance to the center of town. Service is friendly and warm. Rooms were spotless. We will be back!'

'Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.'

'Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.'

'We only stayed 1 night so for us it was good 👍 Small room but if you plan to go out all say you should be fine... Good location about 5-10 min walk from the main street stores. Breakfast is just coffee and muffins so plan on going out for breakfast...'
