Welcome!Lakeside Cottage is a new (2021) architect-designed 2800 sq.ft. 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath pet-friendly home on the south shore of Lake Erie. It is located 15 minutes from Cedar Point and 10 minutes from the Cedar Point Sports Center and is less than 5 minutes off of State Route 2. The features of the house are unmatched, including its location on the water’s edge and a second-floor deck with panoramic views across the water. The open floor plan offers views of the lake from the back of the house to the front. The kitchen, dining room, pool table area, bar, breakfast alcove and living room all flow together and participate in the dramatic lake view. A second level gallery space with central stairway leads to bedrooms, laundry room and deck. Sleeping quarters include one bedroom on the first floor and four more bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a business center, with desk, HP printer, paper and large monitor that can be connected to your laptop. It runs through The City of Huron (no matter where you stay in Huron/North Coast you may hear the trains)- our cottage is further from the tracks than most Huron rentals, but you may hear trains (1.125 miles away)- my guests say they didn't even notice any train sounds. This cottage has updated double pane windows and new doors and is very cushioned from sound.
