Always a fantastic stay at our fav place in Newcastle, short work to the toon or the quayside so plenty to do and see and plenty of places to eat. Rooms are really clean and well equipped!! Can't wait to stay again!!

사랑스러운 방 - 장식, 크기, 욕실 모든 것이 바에 자리잡고 있습니다. 방의 온도가 매우 추워요. 작은 히터는 별로 효과가 없었고 겨울이라 열도 많이 생산하지 않았습니다. 저와 제 어머니는 극도로 추워서 리조트를 운영하기에는 나빴습니다. 침대에서 재킷을 입는 것에는 다른 어떤 것도 잘못할 수 없습니다.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Right next to the train station. The hotel looked after our cases so we could enjoy more time exploring. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We just stayed over night before an early flight next morning.Rooms are quite tired could do with a refurb.Food is good and bar has cheap drinks till 7 pm ,unfortunately although the bed was comfy the pillows were like sleeping on a boulder,they had no others to offer us,would still stay for the convenience.

방 515는 머물기에 절대적으로 사랑 스러웠지만 싱크대의 수도꼭지는 매우 뜨겁고 싱크대가 계속 끼어 있고 물을 풀기 위해 거의 밀 수 없었기 때문에 플러그가 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 목욕을 포함하여 물이 원활하게 흐르도록 유지 보수가 필요하고 손상된 욕조 플러그로 걸어 들어갈 때 욕조 플러그를 교체해야 합니다. 훌륭한 시설이지만 방은 조금 더 커야 하고 방이 구석에 없을 것으로 예상했습니다.

The room was in the top floor and felt quiet. It’s very convenient to have the bar and restaurant just downstairs. I didn’t try the food but it was looking nice. The WiFi was good and the facilities in the room were great too with free tea and coffee. The bed could be improved but it was okay for a night. The room has in suite bathroom.

Hotel served its purpose.very friendly and helpful staff.

I booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena. Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou. We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean. I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional. After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley. It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time. Cheers!

1박 2일 동안 이곳은 특히 비행기를 타야 하거나 늦은 저녁 비행기로 오는 경우 이상적인 장소입니다. Kingston Park 지하철역은 도보로 약 15분 거리에 있으며 인근에 거대한 TESCO가 있습니다. 당신이 지불하는 가격은 훌륭한 가치입니다. 예산이 충분하다면 이곳을 적극 추천합니다.
