Heating not working the room is cold. When you take shower the water coming slow, drainage for water not going through. TV is old no apps you can't pair your devices. They need renovation on their room. The place is good but the hotel is too old

직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움이 많았어요! 그들은 우리가 일찍 체크인하고 나중에 체크아웃하는 것을 도와주었고, 아무런 문제도 없었어요! 또한 객실의 전기에 문제가 있었는데, 상황을 설명한 후, 그들은 매우 신속하게 다른 객실을 주어서 우리가 행사를 준비할 수 있도록 했어요! 뿐만 아니라, 그들은 문제를 빠르게 해결해 주었기 때문에 결국 다른 객실이 필요 없었어요! 100% 추천하고 싶어요! 위치도 우버를 타고 짧은 거리를 이동하거나 도보로 짧은 거리를 이동하기에 좋았어요. 선호도/필요에 따라요!

Very good hotel with very kind staff, everything was clean. Staff provided everything. They also have free hot water on the first floor, people can make a hot tea or coffee there. And there is also bar with snacks and cold drinks. Only thing that can be improved is bathroom, I think there should be separate bathroom for each room. I think it is not related to each room, but only for very affordable rooms. Overall, it is good hotel and I recommend it.

기차역 건너편에 있어서 매우 편리해요. 방의 넓이는 약 12~13제곱미터입니다. 깨끗하고 위생적이에요. 다리미판, 미니바 등 필요한 모든 기능이 갖춰져 있습니다. 체크인 시 100파운드의 보증금을 지불하셔야 하며, 신용카드로 지불하실 경우 250파운드를 현금으로 지불하셔야 합니다. 건물은 거의 150년 된 건물입니다. 제가 머무는 동안 엘리베이터 두 대가 고장났습니다. 무거운 물건을 들고 5층(다른 나라에서는 6층)까지 올라갔는데, 객실 카드로는 문을 열 수 없었습니다. 아래층으로 내려가야 했습니다. 다시 프런트 데스크로 가서 다시 해달라고 부탁했어요. 카드 비용 효율적인 선택. 뉴캐슬은 작은 카운티 타운 크기의 도시입니다. 여기서 살면 다른 곳도 도보로 15분 거리에 있습니다.

We just stayed over night before an early flight next morning.Rooms are quite tired could do with a refurb.Food is good and bar has cheap drinks till 7 pm ,unfortunately although the bed was comfy the pillows were like sleeping on a boulder,they had no others to offer us,would still stay for the convenience.

Depends what you want. We just needed somewhere to stay over after a concert. The downstairs is a massive loud bar, very popular with young folk. But upstairs, in the hotel rooms, you hear the noise less, and bar closes at 11pm. Hotel is rather shabby, but rooms are fine and have what you need. There’s a £50 deposit against damage. Staff were brilliant, really nice. Basic breakfast in a bag, as part of price, was unexpected bonus… or you can pay extra for cooked. Not a slap up luxury hotel, but fine for a basic stay over. I’d use it again.

나는 최근에이 호텔에 머물렀고 불행히도 내 경험은 매우 편안하지 않았습니다. 방의 에어컨은 완전히 비효율적이었고 공간을 전혀 식히지 않았습니다. 방에는 작은 선풍기가 있었지만 특히 폭염 중에는 두 사람이 사용하기에는 충분하지 않았습니다. 욕실 추출기 팬도 작동하지 않아 샤워를 한 후 방이 더 뜨겁고 습해졌습니다. 창문을 열 수 없어 신선한 공기나 환기를 할 방법이 없었습니다. 우리는 과도한 더위로 인해 매우 불편하고 불안한 밤을 보냈습니다. 호텔의 위치는 특별히 중심적이지는 않지만 도심과 합리적으로 가깝습니다. 한 가지 긍정적인 점은 무료 주차와 아침 식사를 제공한다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 에어컨이 제대로 수리되면 앞으로 다시 여기에 머무를 것을 고려하게되어 기쁩니다.

I booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena. Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou. We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean. I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional. After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley. It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time.
