This complex has 3 shared pools, 2 tennis courts and Barbeque grills throughout the property. A catch and release lake for fishing. Boat / RV parking on first come basis. through the front office of Gulf Terrace. A short drive to Harbor walk, Fishing boats and many Restaurants. 1bedroom 1 bath, The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A full kitchen with all necessary items for cooking. washer and dryer in the laundry room on the patio. Smart TV in the living room with ROKU and several streaming services pre-loaded for your use with your own account and passwords. Please do not forget to log out of your streaming services upon check out. Management isn't responsible for any actions on streaming services if the guest doesn't log out upon check out. This condo is NOT on the beach. It's in an older well-kept gated complex. We believe you will enjoy your time here. There is a potential for noise, as it's on the bottom floor.
