In the summer you can enjoy catching minnows and other little creatures in the creek. The mountains go up in front of and behind the cabin so you are in your own little valley. There is plenty grass to enjoy outside and a fire pit near the creek to enjoy.Location: Cosby is considered the "quiet side of the Smokies." There is far less traffic while still having the beauty of the Smokey Mountains. Gatlinburg is approximately 25 minutes away. Pigeon Forge is approximately 40 minutes away. You would also be about 15 minutes away from Hartford, which is home to white water rafting and the Appalachian Trail. Cabin: The cabin features 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths. The TVs, located in the living room and king bedroom, stream your entertainment. There is no traditional cable in the cabin. The mountain roads are dark and challenging to drive on.
