Front desk service was responsive — we requested a few items like bottled water and they were delivered promptly. Breakfast was decent; the live cooking station could be a bit slow, but overall it was fine. For the price we paid, the stay was definitely good value for money.

從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

환경이 좋고 서비스가 따뜻하며 객실이 편안하고 가격이 합리적입니다. 약 RMB 60의 뷔페 저녁 식사를 먹었고 요리는 풍부했습니다. 또한 해변에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있으며 머물 가치가 있습니다.

The hotel service and culinary offerings were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccably clean; however, the bathrooms could benefit from some enhancements. It is essential to ensure that there is a shower curtain in place, as otherwise, water tends to spill onto the restroom floor. Nonetheless, everything else was satisfactory.

Requested for transport from airport to hotel however no one shown regardless of calling 3 times also wasn't so professional in giving a firm reply....
Hotel was good and reception staff also good,
Needs to improve in the future...
I tried to get a change from receptions to pay to taxi however unfortunately couldn't help due to bad policies and no change at that time in the hotel.
Could have kept some fruits and snacks in the room as this is so called 5 start.
Too much renovation ongoing including painting too
Very helpfull in extending few hours for late check-oiut

리리뷰어the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

리리뷰어I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

리리뷰어Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

또 다른 주요 하이라이트는 음식이었습니다. 모든 식사는 절대적으로 맛있고 위안이되어 집에서 만든 식사처럼 완전히 편안해졌습니다.
그들은 숙소 주변에 멋진 하이킹 코스가 있습니다.
염두에 두어야 할 몇 가지 실용적인 것들.
드라이브 인 : 1-2 km의 험준하고 비포장 도로가 부동산으로 이어지는 것을 알아두십시오. 정문에서 리조트에 도착하는 데 약 10-15 분이 걸리므로 약간의 울퉁불퉁 한 타기에 대비하고 조심스럽게 운전하십시오!
