'I really only booked the room to have a place to sleep and shower for two nights, and the hotel got one of these right. The shower was a problem because, when the shower was turned on, water would gather on the ceiling and rain down. It was very unpleasant, so I skipped a shower on my second night, took a video of the problem, and shared my concern and the video with hotel staff when I checked out. Other than that, the room and common areas seemed to be mostly clean, although I cleaned things in the room that housekeeping clearly didn't get to (e.g., a sticky microwave knob). I also found the elevators intolerably hot. Yes, it was record heat outside, but I don't understand why the elevator cars weren't air conditioned like the rest of the hotel common areas. As for breakfast, it was okay for consumers of the standard American diet - I.e., high fat, high sugar - and, as a whole-food plant-based consumer, not terribly appealing. But, this is mid-America.'

'The room itself was a masterclass in modern design, balancing aesthetic appeal with practical comfort. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a stunning view of the skyline, while the high-quality linens and soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the central location. Small touches, like a locally sourced snack basket and a high-end espresso machine, added a layer of luxury that is often missing from larger chains. The amenities were equally impressive. The rooftop terrace served as a perfect evening retreat, featuring a curated selection of beverages and a relaxed atmosphere. For those looking to stay active, the fitness center was well-maintained with a variety of equipment. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a diverse spread of fresh, seasonal options that catered to various tastes, including several thoughtful plant-based and gluten-free choices. What truly stood out, however, was the level of service. Every interaction felt genuine and personalized, with the concierge providing excellent recommendations for nearby galleries and dining spots that weren't just the typical tourist traps. It is rare to find a hotel that manages to feel both sophisticated and genuinely hospitable. For anyone planning a trip, whether for business or leisure, this property offers an exceptional blend of style, comfort, and top-tier service.'

'Pretty service, front desk are super nice, only thing is that they give me a corner room which is facing the highway, it is a bit noise at night. I get by using my earplugs. The breakfast is good, you need a coupon from the front desk. They have pool and fitness center, I like this place. Free parking like most of the hotel in Columbia,'
