수영장 시설을 갖춘 그리스 아티카 호텔

그리스 사람들이 기대했던 대로 서비스는 훌륭하고 도움이 되었습니다. 호텔 위치는 시내와 가까워서 꽤 만족스러웠습니다. 시설은 좋았지만 아침 식사 시간에는 조금 붐볐습니다. 첫날 샤워기 물이 문 밖으로 새어 나와 욕실 바닥이 젖는 문제가 있었지만 즉시 해결되었습니다. 객실에 모기가 있었는데, 항의하니 모기 트랩을 제공해 주었습니다. 모기는 정말 중요한 존재입니다. 제 딸은 피부가 매우 예민해서 모기에 물리면 심한 염증이 생길 수 있는데, 정확히 무슨 일이 있었는지 모르겠습니다. 마지막 날에는 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아서 약간 따뜻한 물로 샤워해야 했습니다.

2천 위안이 넘는 가격의 객실이었는데, 국내 3성급 호텔 수준밖에 안 됐어요. 시설도 많이 낡았고요. 방에 들어가자마자 퀴퀴한 냄새가 심했지만, 창문으로 환기는 가능했습니다. 다음번에는 절대 이용하지 않을 것 같아요.

저는 사업상의 이유로 아테네로 여행했습니다. 방은 중앙에 있었고 넓었으며 커피숍과 음식점이 가까웠습니다. 바로 옆에 유료 주차장이 있어서, 주차 공간을 찾을 필요가 없습니다. 서비스도 훌륭하고 직원분들도 매우 친절해요!! 꼭 다시 선택하고 싶습니다!!!

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 멋진 호텔 숙박 우리는 세 자녀와 함께 3 박 동안 Nea Makri Seafront Hotel에 머물렀고 전반적으로 매우 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 호텔 자체는 현대적이고 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗하며 매우 편안합니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 서비스는 절대적으로 훌륭했습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 관대하고 신선하며 모든 사람을 만족시킬 다양한 종류의 진정한 하이라이트였습니다. 음식이 부족하지 않아 아침을 편안하고 스트레스가 없었습니다. 한 가지 주의할 점은 호텔의 스낵바와 저녁 식사 옵션이 그리스의 다른 지역에서 경험한 것보다 눈에 띄게 비쌌다는 것입니다. 길 건너편에 있는 슈퍼마켓도 마찬가지입니다. 편리하지만 비교하면 너무 비쌌습니다. 호텔의 위치는 특히 차가없는 경우 약간 고립되어 있습니다. 우리는 근처에 할 일이 많지 않거나 탐험 할 것이 없다는 것을 알았습니다. 3 박 동안 머무르는 동안 약간 실망했습니다. 즉, 이것은 호텔 자체보다 지역에 관한 것이며 호텔이 제어할 수 있는 것이 아닙니다. 정말 기억에 남는 체류를 만든 것은 놀라운 직원이었습니다. 프론트 데스크의 Evi(Evie)에게 특별한 감사를 전하고 싶습니다. 그녀는 매우 친절하고 도움이 되며 환영했으며 내 아이들과 함께 정말 노력했습니다. 이는 많은 것을 의미했습니다. 또한 우리가 체크 아웃 한 날 오전 5시에 리셉션에있는 신사에게 진심으로 감사드립니다. 아들이 실수로 공항까지 가는 택시에 전화를 두고 왔는데 이 남자는 기사님께 연락을 하고 전화를 반납할 준비를 하고 그 이상으로 나아갔습니다. 우리는 너무 감사했습니다. 전반적으로 최고 수준의 서비스를 제공하는 멋진 호텔입니다. 차가 없으면 위치가 이상적이지 않을 수 있지만 편안함, 청결 및 뛰어난 직원이 그것을 보상합니다. 우리의 체류를 환영하고 스트레스가 없게 만든 모든 분들께 다시 한 번 감사드립니다.

7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

전반적으로 이 호텔은 나쁘지 않았어요. 서비스도 좋았고, 방도 괜찮았지만, 한 가지 주의해야 할 점이 있다고 생각해요. 아기와 함께 여행을 가서 목욕시키고 재우려고 특별히 추가 요금을 내고 더블 침대와 욕조가 있는 방을 예약했어요. 그런데 현장에서 체크인할 때 일반 스탠다드룸을 주더라고요. 공간도 매우 좁고, 싱글 침대 두 개에 샤워 시설만 있고 욕조는 없었어요. 호텔 프런트에 이야기하니, 국내에서 예약한 경우 해외에서는 예약한 방을 보장하지 않고 자기들이 알아서 배정한다고 하더군요. 제가 씨트립(携程) 예약 내역을 보여주니까 그제야 제가 예약했던 타입의 방으로 바꿔주었어요. 좀 무시당하는 기분이었어요. 체크인할 때 120유로를 선결제했는데, 체크아웃할 때 바로 취소해주지 않고, 귀국 후 10~15일 기다리면 환불될 거라고 하더라고요. 만약 환불이 안 되면 양쪽 나라에서 또 연락해야 하잖아요. 화장실에는 이상한 장비가 있었는데, 변기 외에 이 시설이 뭘 하는 건지 잘 모르겠어요.

이 호텔은 아테네 외곽에서 택시로 약 10분 거리에 있지만, 덕분에 호텔 내 레스토랑에서 바라보는 도시 전체의 아름다운 전망, 특히 바다오리들이 날아다니는 모습은 정말 장관입니다. 5성급 호텔인 이곳은 전용 수영장과 아테네 호텔에서는 흔치 않은 고급 편의시설을 갖추고 있어 강력 추천합니다.

Konaklama ***et güzeldi, odalar kullanışlı. Bir sorun yoktu. Erken giriş için de çok yardımcı oldular. Sadece tuvalet asla temizlenmemişti. Onu da rica ettik, yardımcı oldular. Erken girişten dolayı tuvalet temizliğini normal karşıladık.

Service was really good, needed a late checkout and they were happy to accommodate this. Room was spacious and clean with great views from roof. Only downside is most attractions are north of hotel which is either a 30min walk or 10min drive by Uber. However, Uber fares are cheap around €6-8.
