Upon arrival, I asked the hotel clerk ‘have you had anyone ever leave their luggage in a room from another state” her response “yes and I hate it” the reason I asked her was because we had just left Kentucky and we got a text message stating my son left his luggage. I just wanted input on how to get it shipped to his airforce base. She was shocked when I expressed what had happened. We then had to ask for a new microwave. She stated she didn’t have anyone to bring it to the room, but suggested we could use the one downstairs.
2 men brought ended up being the microwave to our room.
When I thanked her, she stated my son JUST did NOT know how to work it, and it wasn’t replaced, but the men actually did replace the microwave. ( I was at Walmart when this took place) while she was not out right rude, herattitude for someone representing the hospitality industry was not the best.
