The wall of windows to the East lets in all the morning sunshine yet has a flowery privacy film so no one can see in! Upstairs you'll retreat to a large bedroom with Queen bed, dresser, vanity table and a wall of storage cubes for all your belongings. Again, these windows also face East for the morning sun, but have the privacy film on as well as black out curtains. AC units in both the main level and upstairs bedroom. The walls adjoining the main home and the efficiency unit are double 2 x 4 walls with triple sheetrock and double thick insulation to keep the noise between the two barely audible.
