I found this home on my birthday and knew it was MY home. I happily lived here for 10 years and loved it. Life took me in a different direction but I'm fortunate enough to be able to keep it in my life and thrilled to give you the opportunity to enjoy it. Directly across the street from Ochsner Park and free admission Zoo, enables you to enjoy the animals right from the front porch. Adjacent to Ochsner Park, is Baraboo's 3 mile Riverwalk that is part of the Wisconsin Ice Age Trail. If shopping is on your list, you are 0.5 mile from the downtown square and all it has to offer. 5 miles to Devil's Lake State Park, 12 miles to Wisconsin Dells, 14 miles to Cascade Mountain, 40 miles from Madison. Violators are subject to penalties that they are fully responsible for. On-site parking strictly prohibits RVs and campers. Failure to comply could result in a warning, fee, and/or towing. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.* Age requirement an ID policy:The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old. This guest must present a valid ID upon check-in and must remain on the property overnight throughout the stay.Failure to meet this requirements may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.* Respect for neighbors:To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise level to minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM, as they are not on vacation. Any missing or damage items will result in a replacement charge. Our cleaning team inspect the property immediately after each guest departure. If any damage or missing items are found, the guest will be held responsible and charged accordingly. If you notice any damage or issues upon arrival, please let us know right away. Bath towels provided in the home are not to be taken to the lake, pool, or water parks for any reason. Please bring your own beach or outdoor towels for those activities.* Fire pit use:Guests are asked to use extreme caution when using the fire pit. Fires must be closely supervised at all times and should not be lit during high winds or unsafe weather conditions. Guest are fully responsible for any damage to the property on neighboring properties resulting from fire used during their stay. Only small, controlled campfires are allowed, and fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit area.
