A centrally located stay, we are less than thirty minutes drive to downtown Denver, Boulder, Old Town Arvada, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and forty minutes from Denver International Airport (DEN). A hop on the highway will take you to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Winter Park, or Rocky Mountain National Park in about an hour and a half. We are happy for you to bring your furry friends along and have a spacious backyard for a game of fetch or firing up the BBQ. No matter the itinerary, you’ll never run out of things to see, eat, and do during your stay with us! The master boasts a queen bed and en suite bath. Next you’ll find two additional bedrooms each sporting a full size bed made of luxury memory foam. The kitchen is newly renovated with all the amenities you could ever need including a dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, and eating utensils. You’ll also find a cozy living room with extra blankets, a 65” Roku TV, a pull-out couch that converts into another queen mattress, and board games enjoyable for all ages. The backyard boasts a fire pit, BBQ grill, covered patio, and lots of space for kids or critters to get out their energy in the warm Colorado air. **NOTE: This rental is for the upstairs unit of a duplex: the rental includes the entire top floor of the property, driveway, and backyard, and private front door entrance. The long walk around the lake is gorgeous and relaxing. There’s a stellar playground for kiddies, basketball court, and several cantilevered decks over the water with benches for enjoying the view. Sunset and sunrise pictures recommended. It’s a quick 10 minute zip over to Olde Town Arvada for downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping to enjoy, as well as just 20 minutes to Denver, Boulder, Golden, or Red Rocks. Hosts are happy to give further recommendations upon inquiry!Other details:The closest grocery store, King Soopers, is quite large and just a 2 minute walk! Sakana Sushi & Ramen and Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters are two of our close-by favorites. Also, smoking of any kind inside the unit is absolutely prohibited as we have a strict no-smoking policy with enforced fee. The house includes 2 other units in addition to yours. While the walls are well-insulated, this is an absolutely no-parties house. Please respect your fellow occupants: quiet hours between 9:30pm and 8am.
