호텔은 아름답습니다. 스톤타운의 중심부에 위치하고 있습니다. 럭셔리함을 좋아한다면 이 호텔이 당신을 위한 것입니다. 나는 확실히 돌아갈 것이다. 음식과 친절한 직원 덕분에 숙박이 더욱 특별해졌습니다.

객실, 발코니, 객실에서 보이는 전망, 레스토랑은 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 리셉션 고객 서비스에서 개선해야 할 점이 하나 있습니다. 체크인할 때 서명한 객실과 실제로 받은 객실이 달랐습니다. 그들은 아무런 통보 없이 객실을 바꾸었습니다. 왜 내부는 같은 객실이라고 했는지 물었습니다. 하지만 전혀 달랐습니다. 바뀐 객실은 프라이버시가 전혀 없습니다. 투숙하는 동안 창문을 닫아야 합니다. 그리고 체크인할 때 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했습니다. 그들은 마지막 날 아침에 체크인하라고 했습니다. 마지막 날에 다시 2시간 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했습니다. 그들은 시스템을 확인하지도 않고 요청을 거부했습니다. 그냥 NO라고 말했습니다. 저는 그들의 태도에 매우 실망했습니다. 그리고 사이트를 확인했을 때 남은 객실이 많이 있었습니다. 모두가 알다시피 잔지바르는 휴양지입니다. 휴양지의 대부분 5성급 호텔은 비행 시간 때문에 체크아웃 시간을 매우 유연하게 운영합니다. 고객 서비스에서 5성급을 받을 자격이 없습니다.

The location is at the quiet side if the Stone Town. Due to it is situated inside a small alley, the directions could be quite complicated and we were lost several times to head back to the hotel. Despite being assured that it's safe, we were tapped by few mischievous children when we passed by a school near the hotel. That said, the room and hotel itself was great. We particularly enjoyed the breeze at the open air loft, where we could view the sea and ships from far away. It was indeed relaxing. The historical bed and bath in the room made the experience so unique. The only downside was there was insufficient of hot water for the bath. The breakfast wise was in fact the best we had in Tanzania, not to mention the impeccable hospitality provided by the staff there. Special shout out to the helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage during check in and out. Bear in mind on the steep staircase up to the room and inside the room to the loft. It might not be suitable for those who have knee problem, as you literally need to climb up and down everytime to the washroom. Otherwise, it was quite a memorable stay.

정말 매혹적이었습니다. 오전 5시 도착부터 3일 후 출발할 때까지 우리는 믿을 수 없을 만큼 잘 보살핌을 받았습니다. 호텔은 공항 픽업을 준비하고 가볍게 두드리는 것만으로 문을 열었습니다(구 스톤타운의 좁은 거리에 있으므로 찾는 데 도움이 필요할 수 있습니다). 집 앞은 훌륭했고 피터는 우리를 보살펴주었습니다. 호텔은 골동품과 무성한 초목으로 가득한 분위기를 자랑합니다. 아침 식사는 옥상 발코니에서 제공됩니다. 여행을 계획하실 수 있습니다. 몇 가지 불쾌한 리뷰를 읽었지만 이유를 모르겠습니다. 청결도는 최고 수준이었고 환대는 훌륭했습니다. 행운이 있어서 방을 찾을 수 있기를 바랍니다. 우리는 3박을 묵었는데 너무 좋았습니다.

Good location - in the center of everything in Stone town. They don’t have water coolers for clients - you have to go to the restaurant to refill. Also: it seems they bought another building. So they accommodated us in like 200 meters from main facility. Surely it’s kind of inconvenient but still ok.

The Receptionists welcomed us with smiles, everyone was welcoming. The food was great, a wide variety for breakfast including local dishes, Indian and other dishes which we tasted and they were great. The hotel is located in Stone Town, a neighborhood is full of history, markets with spices that are walk-able distances away. It has taxis in the front door to take you anywhere at affordable fee. The shores to Slave Island are just walk-able distance away. The ferry sounds can wake you up earlier, other than that everything was great.

Lovely hotel, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. My safari was cancelled and the staff provided other tour options, many thanks for that! There is no phone in the room, I'd like to suggest even having a pager in the room would be helpful. Also no wifi in the room I think that should be an option. The food was great and I enjoyed my stay, would definitely recommend!

Аутентичный отель в африканском стиле, окунает в африканскую жизнь. В номере в целом хорошо. Не было фена, но может есть по запросу. Подниматься в номера по лестнице, но с багажом помогают. Расположение хорошее, но до отеля надо будет пройти пешком минуты 2-3, машина не проедет.

독특한 매력을 지닌 부티크 호텔입니다. 세련되게 장식되어 있고 고유한 개성이 있습니다. 저는 이곳에서의 숙박을 좋아하지만, 하룻밤만 묵은 것이 아쉽습니다. 환대에 감사드립니다!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, old style hostel but it was clean and some little hearts on the bed , small things to feel welcomed . The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruits , juice , eggs salad ,coffee , tea . We really enjoyed our stay .
