'I really like Pontefino, however, the lack of an elevator is a drawback. The rooms are large and the space is amazing. We did not make it to breakfast as we had plans and the second day the stairs/walk was a little much. Our place had ants, which was bad, but we were able to get through it as they did not attack our food or snacks. The room was large and ad a very nice balcony. I would stay here again, although I would wait for special rates as I feel we overpaid. Serv ice was good and I really feel for the employees who had to trek our luggage up and down those steps. Overall good stay with a few minor drawbacks. We had lunch at the restaurant, Pastorelli, I think it is called and it was very delicious.'

'해변은 정말 좋습니다. 수상 스포츠는 꼭 경험해 보세요. 객실은 오래되었고 청결 상태는 형편없습니다. 수영장은 관리가 잘 안 되고 있습니다. 조식 뷔페는 가격 대비 만족스럽지 않습니다. 이 호텔은 정말 최고였습니다. 대대적인 리모델링을 했으면 좋겠습니다. 직원들은 우울하고 과로해 보입니다. 뷔페 직원은 한 번도 웃지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 짜증이 난 것 같습니다. 주차장에는 손님을 도와줄 사람이 아무도 없습니다. 아마 해변 때문에 다시 올 것 같습니다. 그 외에는 아무것도 없습니다.'

'바탕가스 리조트와 해변은 처음 방문했는데, 알타마레는 정말 기대 이상이었습니다. 즐길 수 있는 액티비티가 한정적이긴 하지만 그래도 충분히 가치가 있었어요. 소음에서 멀리 떨어져 있어 평화롭고 고요한 분위기가 이 리조트의 가장 큰 매력입니다. 서비스와 음식도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 계단이 많으니 마음의 준비를 하셔야 할 거예요! 전반적으로 정말 아주 좋은 경험이었습니다.'

'It really is sweeter the second time around! I’m back at Sotogrande and once again, they did not disappoint. We had a sudden change of plans and needed a room around 4:00 PM to attend a local event. I was impressed that they could accommodate a same-day booking so smoothly. Sir Kim handled our check-in and was a lifesaver—he got us processed quickly because we were in a rush, and the security and their good personnel team was very hands-on helping us with our things. After the event, returning to the hotel at 9:00 PM was the highlight of my day. The room was incredibly comfy. Even though we were too tired for the pool and malapit na ata mag-close that time the hot shower and bathtub were pure luxury. My companion, who is very familiar with the high-end hotels in BGC, was genuinely impressed that the service and amenities here could easily compete with Manila’s best. The next day, you cannot miss the breakfast buffet! The quality is top-tier. The chicken sotanghon and beef tapa were delicious, but the adobo was the absolute winner for me. 🤤 Around 11:40 am, we went to the Upper Ground for a check out. What makes this hotel special is the people. Ms. Cess recognized me immediately even with my mask and cap on! She assisted with our check-out today (and, along with Sir Josh,) was the reason my first stay here was so memorable. Thank you, Sotogrande, for the ”top class” hospitality. I’m already planning to bring my parents and friends next time to show them why this is the best spot in Batangas!'

'친구 3명이 필리핀 여행시 이용했습니다. 마닐라 공항에서 한 번 마닐라 시내의 버스 터미널까지 이동하여 마닐라에서 바탕가스까지 버스로 2시간, 거기에서 택시로 1시간의 길로 갔다. 가능하다면 마닐라에서 차를 차타 가는 것이 액세스는 좋을까 생각합니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 쉬웠습니다. 풀사이드에서 한가로이 하거나 다이빙 체험을 하거나 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 주변에는 아무것도 없기 때문에, 식사는 호텔의 레스토랑을 이용할 수밖에 없었습니다만, 매우 퀄리티가 높은 맛있는 요리를 맛볼 수 있었습니다. 일본 요리도 돈까스 등 조금 있었기 때문에 기뻤습니다. 전체적으로 리조트 호텔 가격이므로 높지만 가격에 맞는 좋은 체험을 보낼 수있었습니다.'

'필리핀 호텔의 흔한 결점, 샤워실과 욕실 구분이 없고 물이 닫혀 있지만 조용한 에어컨은 예외적이며, 가식과 가격이 있는 호텔에서도 보기 드문 것보다 더 독특하게 다가갑니다.'

'해변은 좋았어요. 모래는 부드럽고 돌멩이도 없었고, 파도도 잔잔해서 아이들이 놀기에도 좋았어요. 시설과 편의시설은 괜찮았지만 조금 오래된 느낌이었어요. 수영장이 커서 성수기라 사람이 많았는데도 마음껏 수영할 수 있었어요. 라군에서 아침 조깅하는 것도 좋았고, 당구와 볼링도 즐겼어요. 다만 아이들 놀이방이 공사 중이라 이용하지 못했던 점은 아쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 아주 좋은 경험이 될 수 있었을 텐데 말이죠.'

'휴식을 위해 이곳에 왔는데, 재충전된 기분으로 자연과 더욱 가까워진 느낌으로 돌아갔어요 💫🌿 나와에서 정말 편안한 며칠을 보냈습니다. 환영 인사부터 배웅까지, 특히 웰니스 버틀러(네, 저희에게는 버틀러가 있어요!!)인 에이프릴 씨 덕분에 세심한 보살핌을 받는 느낌이었어요 :) 꼼꼼하게 계획된 일정 덕분에 휴대폰을 잠시 내려놓고 현재에 집중할 수 있었습니다. 리셉션에 요청한 것들에 대한 빠른 응답 속도도 정말 훌륭했어요. 망고 셰이크, 헤어드라이어, 여분의 수건 등 무엇이든 몇 분 안에 가져다주더라고요! 5점 만점에 5점! 굳이 단점을 꼽자면 음식 종류가 조금 제한적이라는 점인데, 크게 문제될 정도는 아니었어요. 나와, 정말 감사합니다! 💛'
