Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍'

My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. Overview: nice and super big rooms!
Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need.
Staff are helpful and polite.

조식도 마음에 들고 서비스도 매우 훌륭합니다.
쇼핑몰과 붙어있어서 편하게 잘 지냈어요.
2박 했는데 내내 눈이 와서 나가기 싫었는데 호캉스 제대로 즐길 수 있었어요. ㅎㅎ

하지만 좋은 점은 거기까지였죠.
아침 식사는 그야말로 혼돈 그 자체였습니다. 테이블도 제대로 갖춰져 있지 않아 테이크아웃 커피와 로비에서 크루아상으로 때워야 했어요.
수영장은 너무 붐볐습니다.
새해 첫날 저녁 8시에 모든 곳이 문을 닫았고, 바도 열리지 않았으며, 직원들은 손님들이 빨리 나가길 바라는 눈치였습니다.
베***오 바에서 제공되는 와인은 미지근했어요.
새벽부터 다른 투숙객들이 들락날락하며 밤새도록 시끄러웠습니다.

Great service, even the fallen snow was removed from our car and the road to it.
Free access to the welness & fitnes was also very welcome after a long yourney in bad weather.
Because we had a limited time for diner also that was very fine solved.
The breakfast was also a pleasure to make use of!
In one word the sre great!

It was such a lovely stay!
I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly!
I wound stay again when I visit Bratislava next time.
