'The place is a hidden gem in Sacred Valley. If you get the chance to visit during Christmas you will love it. Yucay becomes the action point of the valley for 3 days you can enjoy a very festive experience with local traditions and masks. Location is great, near everything. Also the owner and all of the people there are so friendly, it gives you a nice family vibe when staying there. I will definitely come again when revisiting Sacred Valley:)'

'Nice hotel with everything being perfect'

'호텔은 매우 성공적이며 정류장, 택시, 상점 및 카페 근처에 있으며 방은 508이었고 깨끗했지만 창문에 웹이 있고 불쾌한 냄새가 약간 죽었습니다. 침대는 편안하고 따뜻하며 뜨거운 물은 비누 조각과 샴푸가 있습니다. 매우 맛있고 포화된 아침 식사 - 뜨거운 스웨덴 테이블 - 오믈렛, 비할 데 없는 과일 샐러드, 요구르트, 버섯, 차 커피, 제과점, 치즈, 햄.'

'非常好的酒店，設施豐富'

'Doesn’t meet Belmond expectations. 1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all. 2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible? 3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate. 4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking???? 5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst. 6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial. Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.'

'El alojamiento está en un sitio precioso y el señor es encantador, pero tuvimos algunos inconvenientes: se olvidó reservar el transporte para ir a la estación, que era muy temprano, y también tuvimos que recordarle varias veces que nos trajera la manta. Aun así, la ubicación y el trato cercano compensan en parte estos fallos.'
