첫인상은 ”어두운” 위험한 지역에 도착하고 있다는 것입니다. 그러나 이곳은 화려하고 매우 안전한 지역인 것 같습니다. 아파트 단지 자체는 놀랍도록 현대적이고 깨끗했으며, 단기 또는 장기 체류를 위해 오는 사람들의 편안함을 위해 잘 돌보고 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 이 장소를 잘 작동하고 잘 유지하는 한 가지 요소를 특별히 언급하는 것이 중요합니다. 우리를 만나 관리 물건을 돌보는 여성, Joanna는 절대 보석입니다! 그녀는 단순한 관리인처럼 보일 수 있지만 우리를 위해 모든 차이를 만들었습니다. 그녀는 유쾌하고 환영하며 지원했으며 모자를 떨어 뜨릴 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 그녀는 ”호텔 매니저”의 일을 열심히 하고 있습니다. 청소, 유지 보수, 세탁 등을 열심히 일하지만 효과적으로 시설 공개 담당관이며 관리 측면을 처리하기 때문입니다. 그래서 그녀의 고용주들이 그들이 얼마나 훌륭한 직원을 가지고 있는지 인식하고 그에 따라 그녀를 보상하기를 바랍니다. 소유자에 대한 한 가지 제안은 정말 환상적인 두꺼운 수건을 가지고 있지만 내 집에서 사용하는 간단한 트릭은 세탁물을 말리는 것이 아니라 간단한 전기 건조기를 사는 것입니다. 수건이 태양 아래에서 건조되면 15-20 분 동안 중간에서 높은 열로 건조기를 통해 실행하면 부드럽고 푹신한 쥐가 될 것입니다. 그렇지 않으면 약간의 씻기 후에 약간 긁히기 시작합니다. 피부에 거칠다. 정말 유쾌하고 놀라운 편안한 숙박이었습니다.

제가 주문한 것은 체크인 당일 디너와 다음날 브런치가 포함되어 있습니다. 저녁 식사는 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 먹지 않았습니다. 점심에 대해 이야기합시다. 호텔 체크인 시간은 13:00부터이며 체크아웃 시간은 익일 10:00입니다. 내 점심. 그냥 ”손상”되면 환불이 되나요? 호텔 환경은 좋고, 마당에서 수영, 원숭이, 도마뱀, 모든 종류의 새... 해변과 매우 가깝고 밤에 매우 쾌적합니다. 서비스는 나쁘지 않습니다. 식사를 위해 반바지를 입는 것은 허용되지 않으며 방에서 바지를 갈아입는 것은 허용되지 않습니다. 신사답게 이해가 됩니다. 아침에 당신은 인도양의 일출을 볼 수 있습니다, 하나 찬양합니다! 방은 영국식 플러그로 가득 차 있고 욕실에는 두 개의 구멍이 있는 중국식 플러그가 있습니다. 변환 플러그를 가져오는 것이 좋습니다.

On arrival I was met with a really nice welcome. The courtesy and service received was great. The room was very nice and clean and the AC was great it was nice an cool. The resort was just Fab, with various different entertainments to see and enjoy. The variety of food was also really nice. Room service attendants were great and were always polite and friendly. They were also great when it came to the daily cleaning of the room/bed and the bathroom too was also cleaned well, including clean towels all the time. I really liked the view of the sea from the hotel, it was amazing. The beach and pool areas at the resort were great, and nice areas to relax around! Don’t forget sun lotion as the weather was really hot during the stay. They also had massage facilities and it was nice too where they offer a variety of body massage options to suit your needs. The also have a shop with various gifts for tourists too. Great service and hospitality received during my stay. 😁 Will definitely consider this place on future travels to Kenya. Nice hotel, full of amenities. location is great and on the coast but Mombassa traffic means you may be stuck in a lot if you plan to visit the main city itself

My experiences include both good and bad ones: GOOD: I checked in on 12th evening and booked for 1 night original on trip.com. Then I really had a good time there. Relaxed in my primitive stylish big room with sea view, sang karaoke with some of the staffs and clients there. The staff Victor is a talented rap singer👍🏻. One of the staffs named Junior (which is a very good staff) warmly helped me with online shopping. So I extended 2 days because of the very good mood at the very beginning. The extended 2 days were not paid by trip.com, but were supposed to be paid directly with POS machine when I leave. BAD: Bad things happened in the early morning of 15th June, when I need to rush to the airport. One of the staff(a different staff, not Junior, not Victor) speaks no English, go to take the POS machine very slow (let my Uber wait and I almost not able to catch my flight) and overcharged me twice the amount I should pay, because of wrong operation of POS machine. I found out this fact hours later when check my account I was not in Mombasa even Kenya. Another thing to mention, I informed almost every staff I know in Ziwa that I have to leave at 5am on 15th, so the 550KSH for restaurant should be charged before I go, either in the evening of 14th before they close, or in the morning of 15th, together with the extended 2 days’s room fees. But in reality, no one informed me, and I thought it was included in the final payment I paid by POS machine in the 15th morning. And then on my way, Ziwa contact me to ask for the 550KSH. I am out of Kenya, and I need to ask Kenyan friend to transfer me through m-pesa and then I pay her dollars. I kindly request Junior to help accelerate my refund process, and he promised to do so. I am currently waiting for the updates. But still, I don’t think these unpleasant mistakes should happened, which cause a lot of trouble, worries, a waste of time and effort, and excessive money on service fees, transaction fees and exchange rate losses. I am very upset and angry, because I am busy and in urgent need of money. These mistakes also reflect the deficit of ziwa’s general management and staff capacity building.

The Cocoa Boutique is a hotel with a lot of potential. The rooms are clean and very spacious but the decor is old and in need of renovation. The location is excellent, right on the beach with great ocean views. The staff can not do enough for you especially the ladies on Reception! The pool itself is lovely and clean however the few sun loungers available are in need of replacement and there is very little shade. The food from the restaurant was very good and freshly cooked. We were late arriving and they stayed to ensure we had our evening meal. On another night we informed them we would not be back in time for dinner so they sent us the menu by What’s App and kept food for us on our return. We had a lovely stay at Cocoa Boutique but it would have been even better had the decor been brought up to standard.

공항으로 여행하기에 완벽한 위치에 있으므로 편의성이 여기에 머무르는 이유입니다. 직원들은 모두 유쾌했지만 더운 나라이기 때문에 객실은 에어컨을 사용할 수 있습니다. 그들은 호텔 내부에 아래층에 레스토랑이 있지만 선택은 제한적이며 아침 식사는 매우 평범했습니다. 그들이 옆집에 있는 레스토랑은 시간과 돈의 총 낭비였습니다. 우리는 구운 치킨을 주문하고 도착하기 위해 1 시간 이상 기다렸고, 그것이 도착했을 때 고무 부츠에서 는 것과 같은 건조하고 너무 익은 치킨이었습니다. 우리는 식사가 먹을 수 없었고 어떤 기준으로도 좋은 식사가 아니었기 때문에 식사를 끝내지 못했습니다. 그들의 차가운 음료는 그다지 춥지 않고 얼음이 없습니다. 아, 하지만 그들에게는 무지한 DJ가 음악을 너무 크게 연주하는 것이 더 중요합니다. 우리는 그들이 음악 볼륨을 조금 낮출 수 있는지 멋지게 물었지만 DJ는 우리의 요청을 무시했습니다. 나이트클럽이 아닌 레스토랑인데 음악이 식당에 너무 시끄럽습니다. 그래서 나는이 장소에 0 별 등급을 줄 것입니다. 왜냐하면 그것은 끔찍했기 때문입니다.
