'I recently stayed at . And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless. The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully. Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!'

'Beautifully located property. However, many elements related to maintenance and upkeep were sub par. 1. The first impression of the room was that there was a drainage issue in the bathroom. We quickly left after checking to travel in the city while informing the front desk for it to be fixed. When we returned late evening, the issue persisted and there was still water clogging in the bathroom. It was finally fixed after a second request. 2. The Wifi was interrupted continuously with an initial landing page of pay- for - service which was later clarified by the front desk to be an error. 3. The balcony latch was also broken and we have to get that fixed as well. It seemed like we were there for a hotel inspection and audit rather than vacation 4. We also believe that these issues were of less importance to the staff because we explicitly overheard them talking that we would be checking out the next day (this was on day 2 of the stay).'

'The stay at grand delmon was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and supportive. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in the center and has the best location as the same is near from the market. If you are looking for a safe location, this is the best place to go. If you want to have a hotel with swimming pool, it does not have the same. Overall the stay was amazing. We had memorable time over there.'

'If you are looking for night stay inna quite place even in the city, this is good choice. The restaurant is serving tasty food. Breakfast is seems bit expensive for the items available. Lunch and dinner with 10%discount in room service. casinos and cruises are walkable around 750 m from hotel. not much activities in the hotel, so just eat and sleep. so just for roaming inside goa and reach back hotel eat then sleep. old building and no lifts but the house keeping guys will help to take your luggage. eateries and liquor shops nearby. parking is available inside the compound. '

'The Vivanta Goa Panaji is an excellent hotel. My wife and I travelled from the US to visit in Goa. The hotel has an excellent location near the Campal Gardens and is a very walkable location. We walked to Fontainhas and into the city area several times. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water, more than we could use. The pool area on the rooftop is a great place to cool off and relax after touring, and the food/drink selections and service were very good. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, which I HIGHLY recommend. There was a very large selection of food, including western /continental, Chinese and Indian. There must be over 30 things to choose from, including whatever type of eggs you could think of, waffles, pancakes, dosas, etc. The quality was excellent, the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. We also ate at the hotel at least one evening for the buffet. It was also extremely extensive and high quality and a very reasonable price. The staff was amazing and the servers truly took an interest in making sure we were happy. They made suggestions for what to try, and if you let them know you are an adventurous eater, they will help you to experience something new and exciting to taste. The hotel is part of the Taj group, and their attention to quality and service is apparent. We will definitely stay at the Vivanta the next time we are in Goa.'
