주차장 시설을 갖춘 튀르키예 반주 호텔

We stayed at this hotel for one night mainly to enjoy the facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa area. First of all, I would like to appreciate the staff and management for being friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong date, and they kindly helped us change the booking to one day earlier so we could stay immediately, which we were very thankful for. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, the room and breakfast experience were good. However, the main disappointment was the wellness facilities, which were the main reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including stains in the toilet, and we had to request additional cleaning. The swimming pool was extremely cold and basically unusable. We were told it had been turned off because of the seasonal change, which was disappointing as this information was not made clear beforehand. The sauna was also cold when we arrived, and staff informed us it needed a few hours to heat up, so we could only use it briefly. The steam room was completely out of service due to technical issues. In the end, we could only properly use the Turkish bath area. While the staff were polite and tried to help, the facilities unfortunately did not match the expectations created by the hotel advertisement and booking experience. I think this hotel has potential because the rooms and customer service were good, but the wellness facilities need better maintenance and clearer communication for guests.

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

우리는 최근에 Hilton DoubleTree에 머물렀고 특히 Halil이라는 직원의 서비스 품질에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 체크인하는 순간부터 Halil은 내 체류가 편안하고 스트레스가 없는지 확인하기 위해 계속해서 나아갔습니다. 그는 믿을 수 없을 정도로 정중하고 세심하며 진정으로 도움이 되었습니다. 지역 지시를 돕거나 추천을 하거나 내 방의 모든 것이 기대에 부응하도록 했는지 여부에 관계없이. 그의 전문성과 친절한 태도는 지속적인 인상을 남겼고 전반적인 경험을 진정으로 향상시켰습니다. 환대를 차별화하는 것은 할릴 같은 직원들입니다. 그의 헌신과 서비스 덕분에 나는 확실히이 위치로 돌아와 다른 사람들에게 추천 할 것입니다. 할릴과 힐튼 더블트리 팀에 다시 한 번 감사드립니다!

호텔은 중심가에 위치해 있었고, 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 지붕이 있는 주차장이 없다는 것이었습니다. 차를 깨끗하게 세워두고 나왔는데 더러워져 있었습니다. 객실 미니바에 있는 물품들은 다른 곳에 비해 지나치게 비싼 것 같았습니다. 욕실 환풍기는 아예 없거나 작동하지 않았습니다. 따로 알리지는 않았지만, 아마 알렸다면 해결되었을지도 모르겠습니다. 조식은 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

나는 4 박 동안 아내와 함께 거기에있었습니다. 방은 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 수건과 담요도 완벽하게 깨끗했습니다. 욕실은 흠이 없었지만 샤워 캐빈을 개조해야 한다고 생각합니다. 이란인에게 매우 도움이 될 수 있는 페르시아어 리셉션이 있었습니다. 그들은 특히 Mahan을 매우 정중하고 환영했습니다. 그들은 거기에 페르시아 나이트 클럽이 있습니다. 가지 않았지만 멋지다고 생각합니다. 위치는 Chumhuriat 거리와 매우 가깝습니다. We stayed 3 nights. There was no cleaning of the room in between nor towl change. The breakfast room is small and the bread wasn't covered so not nice to eat. The manager and the girl at the reception were very friendly. The restaurant newt to the hotel which also belongs to the hotel owner and manager is very good. We had the grilled meat.

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle. The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast. While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.

Staffs are friendly and attentive I arrived at the accommodation and went to see the van-cat, they guided me directly, and when I asked about the bus to Doubeyajit, they helped me as if it were their own business I was very satisfied with the cleaning condition and facilities. Thanks to them, I had a very good impression of Van I highly recommend it to anyone
