'It was really a wonderful experience. An earth experience which is true to words. Location, ambience, service, facilities, activities are all top notch. But food taste need improvement. The taste was all average for the rate they charge. We had a dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. For the dinner buffet, there were a lot of veg options which were tasty and unique. But non veg preparations and their taste were not upto the mark. For breakfast, the sausages provided were not of that much quality. In breakfast for appam, could have provided egg roast instead of beef. Puttu was all dry. Dosa items were also not that much tasty.For continental could have provided pancakes like options. Though the presentation was beautiful, we couldn't find the food as tasty while comparing to other restaurants of cgh. Vishnu, Arun, Sarath, Anushka who lead the activities done their part beautifully and gave us memorable moments.'

'We stayed in the k era chitira (1bhk premium) and i would say it was just about ok. The boat is old and could have been maintained better. We are vegetarian and we found the food served to be better compared to other experience. There are multiple unknowns and it did not turn out that good. 1) there was an extra fee to transfer to a smaller boat to see the village, paddy field etc. 2) they dock the boat back at the same place where they started and not in a nearby village ( when i had enquired, i got an ambiguous response so may be my bad) 3) the room is pretty small and can be claustrophobic to some 4) it was not exactly what we had read on internet and forums. I would not do this again at least not with kera.'

'Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.'

My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials and the delicious homemade breakfast, which was an authentic and flavorful experience.
