"최악이었어요. 무엇보다도 Make My Trip이 저희를 속였다는 게 너무나 분명했고, 여행이 끝나면 다시 뵙겠습니다. 하우스보트 매니저는 저희가 제3자라고 했고, 원하시는 편의시설을 알려주지 않았다고 했습니다. 과일 바구니도 주지 않았고, 거울 세면도구는 5루피밖에 안 했고, 샴푸도, 손 소독제도, 세탁 서비스도 없었고, 그 외에도 여러 가지가 있었습니다. 하지만 제 불만은 마지막 순간에 보트를 바꾸는 방식인데, 처음에는 아늑한 보트였는데 마지막 순간에는 이름도 없이 보트를 바꿔 버렸다는 것입니다. 체크인할 때 도움을 요청했는데 정말 끔찍했습니다. 리야 씨가 전화했는데, 누군가가 와서 저희를 맞이해 주었습니다. Make My Trip을 통해 예약한 여행은 망가졌고, 계속해서 도움을 요청해야 했습니다. 정말 실망스러웠습니다. 여행이 끝나면 법적으로 불만을 제기할 것입니다. 제 여행을 더 좋게 만들어준 이름 변경 때문에 제 여행을 망친 것은 부끄러운 일입니다."

"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

"Worst experience of my life. Entire boat house feels very shady. It felt like a scam. It is entirely different what is it showing in the images. Food is very bad. Serving used water bottle. The drive is very less and stop at some place where the view is not appealing at all. The washroom was smelling awful l. Slippers are not allowed inside the boathouse but they didn't provide any replacement for that nor the floor was clean to walk on. The common sitting area is dirty. Lots of lizard and spiders all over. Food is tasteless and unhygienic. Mattress was dirty. Staff and captain behavior seems too rude."

"Bella Homestay has been the best homestay I've ever stayed in, and my favourite in Kerala. I have never been hosted with so much warmth - Biju, Jaya and Vimal are so genuine and kind. The house is so comfortable and clean, surrounded by greenery, with lots of spaces to relax. Great energy. I immediately felt comfortable and calm. Breakfast is varied and generous, with lots of fruit, homemade bread and Keralan food. I would also recommend tours with Biju's friends: Bineesh for the backwater tour (excellent guide and very nice person), and Alsaf the auto-rickshaw driver. Thank you 🙏🏻"
