호텔은 전략적으로 좋은 위치에 있고 기차역과 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 뒷문에 기차역으로 이어지는 특별한 통로가 있습니다. 기차역은 호텔 바로 밖에 있습니다. 호텔 **트 맞은편에는 많은 사람들이 커피 바에서 음료를 마시는 광장이 있습니다. 우리는 모두 리즈의 주요 명소로 걸어갔는데, 모두 10분 이상 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔 로비는 우아하고 복고풍으로 장식되어 있습니다. 프런트 데스크는 작은 구석에 비교적 작습니다. 프런트 데스크의 여성과 삼촌은 매우 좋은 서비스 태도와 사랑스러운 미소를 가지고 있습니다. 영국 백인의 서비스 태도는 정말 좋습니다. 다만 객실의 시설이 비교적 단순할 뿐입니다. 객실은 매우 작고 가방을 위한 선반조차 없습니다. 물건을 가지고 다니기에 매우 불편합니다. 다음날 아침 일어나서 침대 베개에 연한 분홍색 피 같은 물질을 발견했습니다. 정말 역겹습니다! 다음날 아침, 방 문이 열리지 않았습니다. 방 문과 프런트 데스크를 오가며 찾아봤지만 열리지 않았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원이 위층으로 올라왔지만 역시 열리지 않았습니다. 직원이 다시 전화를 걸었고, 전화 상대는 아마도 도어 카드나 자물쇠가 고장났다고 말했을 것입니다. 마침내 직원이 아래층으로 내려가 문을 여는 열쇠를 가져왔습니다. 직원이 방 문 앞에서 기다리고 있었습니다. 저는 서둘러 짐을 챙기고 체크아웃을 해야 했습니다. 수십 년 동안 호텔에 머물면서 이렇게 창피하고 어색한 상황은 처음이었습니다. 이번 리즈에서의 숙박 경험은 끔찍했습니다!

This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

좋은 호텔이지만 나쁜 경험이 있습니다.저는 오후 10시경 호텔에 도착하여 조용한 밤을 보내기 위해 스위트룸을 예약했지만 새벽 4시경에 큰 소리로 문을 두드리는 소리에 깨어났습니다.그가 얼마나 오랫동안 거기에 있었는지는 모르겠습니다.저는 문틈으로 바닥에 회색 블라우스를 입은 취한 남자가 있는 것을 보고 매우 불안했습니다.그는 계속 비명을 지르고 제 문 앞에 분홍색 치마를 입은 사람 옆에 문을 두드렸습니다.저는 매우 무서웠고 프런트 데스크에 급히 전화했지만 프런트 데스크는 그를 내쫓았습니다.하지만 저는 정신적으로 큰 타격을 입었습니다.저는 오전 4시에 문을 두드리는 소리에 깨어났습니다.저는 여성으로서 호텔에 혼자 있었고 제 개인적인 정신 상태가 심각하게 손상되었지만 호텔에서도 아무런 피드백을 주지 않았습니다.이 밤은 제가 머물렀던 동안 최악의 밤이었습니다.

The room is a normal-sized one, equipped with 2 British twin bed (Width: 130~140cm), and it was prepared in an acceptable condition. Air-conditioner is available, but you may find that it need to be turned on for 2~3 times a day, as the system had been set in an economic mode by the hotel. The breakfast is a typically British one, whilst baked mushroom is not provided. Nevertheless, the breakfast tastes good, and you could serve yourself with chocolate croissants, cheese, hot tomato mush, vegetarian-friendly sausages, honey, tinned peaches and coconut yoghurt. Toothpastes and toothbrushes could be ordered with a fee (￡2), thereby you'd better rake your own's. The location is reasonable, since the hotel adjoins the John Lewis shopping mall, and there's only 10-min walk way between the hotel and Leeds coach station. Meanwhile, you may walk to the Victoria and Trinity shopping centres in 15~20 minutes from the hotel, though it might be a bit inconvenient to travel to the nearby downtown by bus, given the lack of bus stops next to the gate of this hotel. Overall, it's a foolproof option for someone who anticipate a lodging experience surpassing the average level there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily rate it 4.5 out of 5. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and transport links. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, although there is still a bit of room for improvement in terms of selection. The only minor downside was that some facilities felt slightly dated, but this didn’t significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a perfect 5-star experience.

깔끔하고 좋은 호텔이었고, 기차역과 리즈 중심부에서 매우 가까워 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 독특한 구조가 흥미로웠어요! 객실은 조용했고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다만 처음 배정받은 방 근처에서 망치 소리가 들려 회의 때문에 좀 더 조용한 방으로 바꿔달라고 요청해야 했습니다. 제공받은 두 방 모두 채광이 좋지 않았는데, 아마도 위치상 외부에서 내려다볼 가능성이 있어서 그런 것 같습니다.

메트 호텔은 기차역에서 도보로 4-minute 거리에 있는 리즈에서 가장 편리한 위치를 제공합니다. 또한, 내가받은 따뜻한 환대는 나의 체류를 진정으로 잊을 수 없게 만들었습니다. 호텔의 내부는 빅토리아 스타일로 아름답게 장식되어 매력을 더합니다.

Basic hotel nothing fancy but perfect for a night stay to go and see a concert good location 20min walk to the arena with a stop on the way for tea. Only down side was the car park they suggested we couldn't get to due to road closures but actually found on closer to the hotel than the one they recommend.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.
