This was mine & my daughter’s second visit to the hotel, the first time was excellent on all counts.  This time sadly the breakfast wasn’t very good, the sausages, eggs & hash browns were luke warm & tasted like they had been sat there for quite a while, so we ended up leaving that food.  Also, sadly, the two coffee machines were out of order so we just had to have instant coffee. Our room was lovely & spacious though & the reception staff were nice & friendly.  The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city centre.

좋은 호텔이지만 나쁜 경험이 있습니다.저는 오후 10시경 호텔에 도착하여 조용한 밤을 보내기 위해 스위트룸을 예약했지만 새벽 4시경에 큰 소리로 문을 두드리는 소리에 깨어났습니다.그가 얼마나 오랫동안 거기에 있었는지는 모르겠습니다.저는 문틈으로 바닥에 회색 블라우스를 입은 취한 남자가 있는 것을 보고 매우 불안했습니다.그는 계속 비명을 지르고 제 문 앞에 분홍색 치마를 입은 사람 옆에 문을 두드렸습니다.저는 매우 무서웠고 프런트 데스크에 급히 전화했지만 프런트 데스크는 그를 내쫓았습니다.하지만 저는 정신적으로 큰 타격을 입었습니다.저는 오전 4시에 문을 두드리는 소리에 깨어났습니다.저는 여성으로서 호텔에 혼자 있었고 제 개인적인 정신 상태가 심각하게 손상되었지만 호텔에서도 아무런 피드백을 주지 않았습니다.이 밤은 제가 머물렀던 동안 최악의 밤이었습니다.

The Met Hotel offers the most convenient location in Leeds, just a 4-minute walk from the train station. Additionally, the warm hospitality I received made my stay truly unforgettable. The hotel’s interior is beautifully decorated in Victorian style, adding to its charm.

The room is a normal-sized one, equipped with 2 British twin bed (Width: 130~140cm), and it was prepared in an acceptable condition. Air-conditioner is available, but you may find that it need to be turned on for 2~3 times a day, as the system had been set in an economic mode by the hotel. The breakfast is a typically British one, whilst baked mushroom is not provided. Nevertheless, the breakfast tastes good, and you could serve yourself with chocolate croissants, cheese, hot tomato mush, vegetarian-friendly sausages, honey, tinned peaches and coconut yoghurt. Toothpastes and toothbrushes could be ordered with a fee (￡2), thereby you'd better rake your own's. The location is reasonable, since the hotel adjoins the John Lewis shopping mall, and there's only 10-min walk way between the hotel and Leeds coach station. Meanwhile, you may walk to the Victoria and Trinity shopping centres in 15~20 minutes from the hotel, though it might be a bit inconvenient to travel to the nearby downtown by bus, given the lack of bus stops next to the gate of this hotel. Overall, it's a foolproof option for someone who anticipate a lodging experience surpassing the average level there.

I really enjoyed the facilities and the service I received here despite me extending my trip very last minute daily:) ! I was able to extend through Trip.com each time and they was all very helpful. The reception was very helpful and even gave my partner a complimentary happy birthday decoration. The Housekeepers even gave me spare towels before she even got to cleaning our room as I kept extending it as I went along. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore the city and remain close by to the centre and anyone that wants a very modern , spotless hotel!

Hey guys! I’m writing a review to inform everyone before they booked this place! Leonardo hotel is really good considering its close to the city and the room is quite clean. However please do come prepared to bring your own amenities. I’m talking about your own toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion, etc. The hotel won’t provide you with any of that, they have it in the hotel but they cost roughly £3 pounds each! If you forgot your essentials i suggest you go check out boots or superdrugs to buy some stuff! The breakfast is okay though. £14 per person.

The staff were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. The room featured a great, powerful, and hot shower, and the breakfast was excellent—especially the delicious croissants! I was particularly impressed by their thoughtful touch of providing a bag so I could take a croissant to-go as a morning snack. Although the building is older, it is very well-maintained. This is easily one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at in the UK. Highly recommended!

Does what it says, clean, no thrills, friendly staff, good location. I would note that this appears to be used for temp accommodation, however good soundproofing in rooms.

적절한 시간에 예약할 수 있다면 사랑스러운 호텔과 훌륭한 가치. 내가 지불 한 가격에 대해 매우 고급스럽습니다. 리즈 시내 중심가로 접근하기 위해 약간 떨어져 있지만 인근 헤딩리에는 많은 바와 레스토랑이 있습니다. 호텔의 메인 레스토랑은 상당히 고급스럽지만 연결된 펍 The Stables는 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 추천.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.
