'We booked a family room, and messaged ahead to say we were travelling with a toddler. Despite the photos showing a bath and a separate bunk room, the room had neither. The bunks were just in the connecting room between the bathroom and the bedroom so there was no seperation possible and no room for a travel cot. We were moved for our second night to another family room that had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms which was perfect and exactly what we expected from the photos. It really just highlighted the inadequacy of the first room. When booking a family room, be sure to request the larger room with a bath and separate bedroom as they cost the same which is remarkable as I would estimate that the larger one is at least 50% larger. On complaining about this, the staff implied it was our fault for not requesting a bath and that we were being unreasonable to raise this issue.'

'Very attentive staff and at a lovely peaceful location. There are a few little things that could be improved, fresh fruit and pastries rather than the tinned fruit and frozen pastries that are available.Accessible Bath toiletries would nice too.'

'This hotel is super comfy, and it's really close to the beach, making everything convenient. I had an awesome night here!'
