我預訂兩份雙晚住滑套餐，實際入住四晚五天。 辦理入住時已明確要求：全程不換房、不換房卡，滑雪四天連滑。 酒店開具的能量包使用券標註有效期為2月8日—2月12日，可證明酒店已確認並同意上述安排。 關於住滑問題有： 1. 酒店宣傳滑進滑出，實際衹能滑進、無法滑出，酒店門口地勢低、雪道無坡度，根本無法滑行。 2. 購買的是四天連滑套餐，卻要求每天都去雪具大廳退卡、重新下單，而**連滑及其他城市假日酒店均為一次性辦理，流程繁瑣不便。 3. 2月10日滑雪時，因酒店未及時提供入住訊息，導致我在雪具大廳排隊等候、無法正常辦卡，嚴重影響體驗。 關於酒店客訴處理不專業問題 本人2月8日入住時繳納3000元按金，2月10日早上莫名收到2696元退款。本人未產生額外消費，也未辦理退房，對該筆異常退款無法理解。 當晚10點左右我主動致電酒店反饋問題，前台表示核實後回覆，本人表示理解。約1小時後酒店回電，非但不承認退款，反而認定是我對賬目理解有誤，或為第三方攜程平台扣除費用。 我隨即提供銀行交易截圖，明確指出交易時間、金額、收款主體均與酒店一致，但當晚值班經理仍堅持酒店無任何操作失誤，反覆強調是我方理解錯誤，並要求我深夜11點自行前往前台現場核對，全程無核實、無安撫，處理態度強硬且不專業。 作為五星級度假酒店，在處理客訴時缺乏基本嚴謹性與服務意識，未優先核查自身問題，反而以推諉、質疑的方式對待客人，深夜不僅未安撫客人情緒，還強行要求客人配合處理，嚴重違背服務標準。 次日凌晨1點，我們已經睡下，酒店工作人員突然敲門，承認多收取不合理費用，卻提出以次日雙人自助晚餐抵扣該筆款項，意圖私下處理。凌晨敲門打擾客人休息、以非正規方式處理財務差錯，均不符合高星級酒店運營規範。 在我方明確拒絕置換方案後，最終於凌晨2點由酒店工作人員以個人微信將差額轉賬退還。該操作既不符合酒店財務流程，也側面印證酒店此前試圖私下處理、規避正規賬務更正的意圖，整體處理流程混亂、操作極不規範。 關於入住其他體驗： 入住655房緊鄰電梯，位置便利；房間設有專用雪具存放區，空間寬敞，設計美觀。但衞生間門開啟後直接遮擋洗漱台，無法正常使用，設計存在不合理之處。 提前入住，房間安排了很好的位置，打掃阿姨很客氣，餐廳服務人員忙碌且專業，整個體驗被一個 適的值班經理搞到頭疼!氣死了! 滑雪酒店，配套禾木雪場，雪道很長，雪質柔軟，但管制嚴格沒有野雪可滑

숙소까지 가는 길은 꽤나 특별한 경험이었고, 특히 Trip.com에서 관련 정보를 찾을 수 없었기 때문에 현지인의 도움 없이는 꽤 어려웠을 것입니다. 먼저 입장권을 구매해야 해당 지역에 들어갈 수 있습니다. 입장권을 구매한 후에는 지정된 승차 지점까지 차를 몰고 가서 공공 버스를 타야 합니다. 공공 버스는 대부분의 호텔이 위치한 하차 지점까지 승객들을 내려줍니다. 이 호텔은 하차 지점에서 손님을 픽업하는 차량을 제공했지만, 동행했던 현지 가이드와 미리 연락하지 않았다면 알 수 없었을 것입니다. 또한, 숙소로 가는 도중에 예약한 객실에 다른 단체가 이미 투숙하고 있다는 안내를 받아 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 나중에 알고 보니 호텔 측의 오류였습니다. 호텔은 작은 편의점이 있는 자급자족형 관광 마을에 위치해 있으며, 다른 산 정상 투어의 승차 지점도 같은 곳에 있습니다. 이 리뷰는 업그레이드된 객실을 기준으로 작성되었습니다. 그렇지 않았다면 훨씬 작고 편의시설도 부족한 객실에 비해 가격이 상당히 비쌌을 것입니다. 침대는 편안했지만, 수질은 때때로 의심스러웠습니다. 객실에는 에어컨 대신 바닥 난방이 설치되어 있어 아침에는 꽤 추웠습니다(약 8도). 호텔에서 제공하는 왕복 셔틀버스를 이용하면 산 정상에서 일출을 감상할 수 있어 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 버스 기사와 중국인이 아닌 관광객들 사이에 의사소통 오류가 있어 아침 하이킹 후 우리 일행이 픽업되지 못할 뻔한 아찔한 상황이 있었습니다. 호텔에서 무료 재킷을 제공하긴 했지만, 미리 알려줬으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양하고 좋았습니다. 예약 시 애프터눈 티도 포함되어 있었는데, 호텔 직원이 언제든 50위안 이하의 음료와 함께 이용할 수 있다고 안내해 주었습니다. 견과류와 망고 케이크도 제공되었습니다. 전반적으로 몇 가지 아쉬운 점이 있었지만 괜찮은 숙박이었습니다.

Amazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn. The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail. One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. We truly enjoyed and loved every moment in our beautiful cabin, making memories that will last a lifetime. 禾木一境小木屋的体验堪称魔幻——仅凭一扇窗就框住了整片风景，毫不费力地将户外之美引入室内。就连浴缸都拥有绝美视野，每次沐浴都成为沉浸自然的奢享。小屋配备Dyson吹风筒、地暖、智能马桶等齐全设施，处处彰显精致细节，令我们时刻感受被宠爱的温暖。 宾客服务更是无可挑剔：从抵达时友好迎宾犬在入口摇尾相待的那一刻起，我们便有了归家般的亲切。迎宾饮品与茶点搭配精致的下午茶，为入住体验奠定完美基调。餐厅推荐精准到位，让我们尝遍地道风味。夜床服务时奉上的中式甜汤作为客房惊喜，这份细腻关怀令人动容。 最令我倾心的莫过于屋里的Marshall马歇尔扬声器——让整个空间流淌着私人订制的旋律，营造出专属音乐圣殿般的氛围。临别时还收到了特别准备的新疆特色礼物，这份心意让我们倍感温暖。尽管抵达禾木时遇上下雨降温的天气，但一境的温暖体验彻底驱散了阴霾。我们在这座美妙木屋中度过的每分每秒都值得珍藏，这段回忆必将历久弥新。

The front desk staff, ShaSha, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She helped us with our luggage and proactively shared useful information about local attractions, along with tips on what to see and do in the area. Although the room was not very large, it was cozy and well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and a small sitting area. The décor reflected traditional Kazakh style, giving the room a unique and charming atmosphere. Outside, there was a wooden terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where we could relax and enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. There was also a lovely small garden right by the entrance, adding to the peaceful ambiance. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its convenience—the bus stop is located just outside the fence, making transportation extremely easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travelers.

The double storey cabin is just awesome, in design and ambiance. The verandah and the courtyard just add in to the character. The surrounding mountain views are breathtaking, not to mention the mesmerising stars at night. Hemushan is away from the busy attractions but within a nice 20mins walking distance. When we felt lazy, the bus stop is only 2mins away where free buses come in every 15mins or so. Most outstanding is the service given by Sisi (Grace). She assisted in arranging for an airport pickup, greeted us with a warm welcome, gave concise informations on where to eat and what to visit and ever ready to respond to all our enquires on WeChat. Sisi is a blessing to Hemushan’s guests. We stayed for 3 wonderful nights but Sisi continued assisting us in our communication with a non English speaking driver who took us for a day trip in Kanas. Thank you again Sisi. We will surely recommend Hemushan to our friends

Cons: Receptionists creates much confusion and leave a bad experience. I won't return again unless the hotel do something about front desk customer service.. Before booking, they confirmed via wechat that the hotel provides free shuttle to ski resort and guests can use laundry room. Upon check-in, the female staff confirmed the ski resort shuttle service timing and said she will set up wechat group for me. Next day, i turned up at the agreed timing and she claimed that i should have contacted the driver directly if i needed the shuttle service and told me to wait in case there are more guests who wished to go to ski resort last minute. In the end, i never used this ski resort service as revised set off timing at 10:30am was too late. I only take the free shuttle to and fro the transfer station. Even then, the front desk often do not acknowledge my wechat messages, claiming they don't monitor the phone all the time. A few occasions, i had to wait in the cold. Towards the end, i just contacted the driver directly, who is more prompt. There was one evening (about 6:30pm) i wanted to use the mini washer in the laundry room as i only had a light load and requested for help from the male receptionist on duty. He claimed the laundry room is only for the hotel's use. After I insisted, he told me he didnt know how to use the washer and told me the last wash must be before 7pm. How ridiculous! I know some hotels have laundry curfew but not so early. Some people may not even be back from the ski resort or dinner. Pros: Polite driver and breakfast staff. Newly renovated, clean interiors. Great variety in breakfast menu with changes every day.
