This is our family's favorite hotel in Graz. We have been here for a couple of times. Very close to the Stad Park and to the city center. The environment is quiet. The facility is new and clean, and staff are helpful and friendly.

Schönes Hotel, angenehme Zimmergröße. Leider war es nicht möglich, eine Rechnung (Zimmer) mit ausgewiesener MWst zu erhalten. Wäre ein wichtiger Hinweis für Geschäftsreisende um in Zukunft auf ein anderes Hotel auszuweichen….schade.

A beautiful classy old school hotel. The single room was perfectly adequate with a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom with good quality fittings. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk across a park to the historic centre. The location means that it's very peaceful and I slept well. All in all a great stay and I would definitely return should I visit Graz again.

The hotel was so clean as if it is newly opened. The room was specious, also the bathroom. Located in very convenient surroundings. Receptionist was so helpful. There is a nice coffee machine at reception with very nice coffee complementary for guests. The only thing that I didn’t like that there is no iron and iron board in the room. Generally I enjoyed the stay.

호텔은 중심부에 바로 위치해 있어 모든 것이 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 훌륭한 헬스장과 멋진 사우나가 있습니다(아쉽게도 수영장은 없습니다). 객실은 넓고 현대적입니다. 직원들은 정말 훌륭해서 매 순간 환영받는 기분이었습니다. 아침 식사는 아주 좋았고, 레스토랑은 크리스마스 이브에도 문을 열었습니다. 전반적으로 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 팁 하나: 근처 주차장은 비싸니 버스로 약 30분 거리에 있는 무료 주차 공간을 이용하는 것이 좋습니다.

긴 여행 후에 호텔에 와서 문제 없이 체크인하고 싶습니다. 불행히도, 이것은 사실이 아닙니다. 직원이 아침 식사가 가격에 포함되어 있지 않고 이유를 설명하려고도 하지 않는다고 열심히 말했습니다. 간단히, 증거에도 불구하고 그는 다른 ... 다행스럽게도 다음날 다른 직원이 어떻게되고 무엇인지 설명했습니다. 그런 다음 문제는 신속하게 해결되었습니다. Frokost 비용은 € 12.90이며 뜨거운 요리 (예 : 소스, 계란 등)가 없습니다. 빵, 소스 및 과자 ... 요리 된 계란 만 차가웠습니다! ... 호텔 ...보다 다른 곳에서 아침 식사를하는 것이 좋습니다.

객실은 깨끗하고 조용했으며, 훌륭한 암막 블라인드 덕분에 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 위치도 매우 편리했습니다. 다만, 편의 시설은 커피, 바디로션 등 기본적인 것들만 제공되어 있었습니다. 에어컨을 켰을 때 불쾌한 냄새가 나서 필터 청소가 필요할 것 같았습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 괜찮았지만, 1박에 200유로가 넘는 가격은 군더더기 없이 깔끔한 시설을 고려했을 때 다소 부담스러웠습니다. 인기 있는 주말이었음에도 불구하고 말이죠. 심플하고 깔끔하지만 고급스러운 분위기를 원치 않는다면 이상적인 선택입니다.

喜歡泡茶或泡咖啡的人有福了，因為要不斷的到一樓酒吧的吧台要熱水，位置非常好，房間直接面對河。check in 之後，坐著60年前的電梯再穿過80年前的走廊，進到房間後，直接刷新我的三觀，原來所謂工業風跟簡陋風這麼相似，床的旁邊就是淋浴間，你就知道我的意思了，總之，下次再去Graz玩，就算免費我也不會住。跟官網的照片真的是天差地遠！

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

구시가지와 가까운 곳에 슈퍼마켓도 근처에 3개! 저예산 호텔이라 최소한의 것만 갖추고 있지만, 직원들도 친절하고 묵고 있어서 좋았습니다! 그라츠에 다시 올 때 여기에 머물고 싶습니다!
