리리뷰어The hotel is in a very picturesque location, overlooking a lake. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and prices for a stay are very reasonable. Having said that, the completely uncalled for surly, unfriendly and distinctly unhelpful of one member of staff at reception when we returned to the hotel after going to the Newton Abbot races soured the overnight stay for our group of 7. Firstly, after serving drinks to two members of our group, who arrived at the hotel ahead of the rest of us, he didn't allow them to take the drinks outside to a veranda area so they could have a smoke and could provide no good reason for refusing the polite request. Secondly, when the rest of us arrived at the hotel at around 11.30pm the bar was shut and he refused to serve us any drinks, even though we asked politely, merely wanting one more drink before going to bed. He was also curt, rude and distinctly unhelpful when we asked him to point us in the direction of our rooms, giving one word answers and seeming to regard us all as a hindrance to him. All in all, this experience made us regret our choice of hotel and we are disinclined to return to the hotel in future.
A further gripe was that the breakfast service was poor and slow, with cooked breakfasts taking 25 minutes to arrive and many key items missing and not replenished unless guests specifically asked, including cups, tea bags, sugar and orange juice,

리리뷰어I have stayed here before. The price I paid for a Saturday night was £39. The hotel has been refurbishing in stages for a while so it can be pot luck if you have a refurbished room or not.
The room was clean and bathroom spotless.
Lady who checked us in was very friendly.
The only complaint I could say was the room we had phone signal was non existent, could have been warmer in the room but it's between summer and winter and for us it was OK.
I like this hotel and for the price you'd struggle to find somewhere as good.
Will visit again.

BBaz99The Exeter Court Hotel is in a great location which makes it easy to find. The rooms are bright and clean and there is a good supply of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and there was a good selection of items to choose from. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in the Exeter area!

RRPSM우리는 가족으로서 발코니가 있는 2개의 킹룸에 머물렀고 전반적으로 호텔에는 많은 것이 있습니다. 위치는 환상적입니다 Exeter의 중심부에 있으며 모든 곳을 걷기에 적합합니다. 호텔 자체는 특히 최상층의 스카이 바가 멋지게 보입니다. 전망은 훌륭하고 음료는 매우 훌륭하며 서비스는 진정으로 친절하고 세심했습니다. 우리는 또한 아래층 레스토랑에서 약간의 니블을 잡았고 음식과 서비스 모두 견고했습니다.
객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며 발코니는 좋은 터치였습니다. 모든 것이 현대적이고 편안하다고 느꼈습니다.
유일한 진짜 단점은 그리고 큰 것입니다 프론트 데스크 서비스입니다. 이 가격대의 호텔(특히 IHG 속성으로서)의 경우 전체 장소를 실망시켰습니다. 직원들은 느리고 특히 지식이 풍부하지 않았으며(그리고 ”가장 빠르지 않고 추가하는 것을 싫어합니다”) 때때로 매우 짧거나 무례했습니다. 체크인할 때 IHG 회원으로 늦은 체크아웃을 한다고 들었지만 나중에 돌아왔을 때 다른 직원이 우리가 무슨 말을 하는지 전혀 모르고 처리하는 방법에 대해 혼란스러워 보였습니다. 그녀는 결국 오후 12시까지 하나의 방만 제공했는데 오후 3시 체크인 후에는 실제로 적절한 늦은 체크 아웃처럼 느껴지지 않습니다.
우리는 여행을 많이 하고 여기의 프론트 데스크 경험은 표준보다 분명히 낮았습니다. 호텔의 나머지 부분(객실, 바, 레스토랑, 위치)은 정말 좋지만 열악한 프론트 오브 하우스 서비스는 우리가 가장 기억할 것입니다. 다시 머물까요? 아마도 위치와 객실 때문에 프론트 데스크 교육과 태도를 정리하기를 바랍니다.

We have been to the cliffden hotel three times and had a club room on the first floor they were nice large rooms but this time we were on the second floor our room was very small and claustrophobic nothing like the photos in the booking . We asked for a different room and the man at reception said see me tomorrow morning and if there's a larger room you can have it. Later on in the day my partner went to reception to book a table for an evening meal for us. While she was booking the table the lady at the reception said there were no other rooms you can have. The barman was very polite nice to chat to. We only had one meal in the evening cod and chips could not find much cod it was all batter. Other meal gammon and chips gammon would be good to repair your soles on your shoes. Go to the local chip shop absolutely beautiful. We used the indoor swimming pool which was nice and clean. The gardens are lovely, and the beer is very expensive. Go to the jolly sailor pub with drinks at good prices. Reception is not very helpful. I can't understand why the hotel puts people with dogs on the second floor because when the dog wants to go to the toilet by the time you get down to the entrance the dog has already peed on the carpets. Luckily our dog can hold her pee and she is small enough to carry.I have followed other people with their dogs and seen it. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay this time.

리리뷰어The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation.
Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before.
Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

호텔은 Totnes 메인 스트리트의 맨 아래 끝에 위치하고 있습니다. 음식을 제공하는 번화한 호텔과 바입니다. 건물은 방으로 이어지는 중앙 계단이 하나 있는 오래된 건물입니다. 내가 점유 한 모든 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 세련된 방식으로 장식되어 있으며 침대는 편안합니다.. 차는 좋은 품질입니다. 차 피그 작은 커피 머신과 물 한 병도 제공됩니다.
나는 체강과 채식주의자입니다. 다른 호텔에서 먹는 것은 거의 불가능합니다. 그들은 단순히 내식이 요법을 충족시키지 못합니다. 고맙게도 여기에서 맛있는 아침 식사를 보장합니다.
여기로 돌아온 가장 중요한 이유 중 하나는 고객 서비스입니다. 여기 직원들은 정말 접근하기 쉽고 친절합니다. 숙박과 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 모든 문제는 해결을 돕기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다.
여기에 공석이 없다면 다른 호텔 등에 머물렀지만 내 경험에서 편안하고 친절한 환경, 아름다운 객실, 토네스를 기지로 하는 위치를 좋아한다면 이곳이 올 곳입니다.
또한 내가 가본 가장 아름다운 영화관에서 가까운 도보 거리에 있으며 주요 번화가를 따라 자리 잡고 있습니다.
내 유일한 소원은 더 많은 무료 주차가 가능했다는 것입니다. 호텔은 호텔 뒤쪽에 약 6대의 차량을 수용할 수 있습니다. 메인 스트리트와 인근 Morrisons에는 유료 주차장이 많이 있습니다.

리리뷰어Hotel clean, breakfast had a god variety of food location is great.
Unfortunately we had an issue outside our bedroom which I reported to reception in the morning as I feel it is a security issue.
In the middle of the night we had a man knock on our door and he tried to get in. He was walking up and down the corridor and appeared to be drunk. He then lay outside our room and fell asleep. About 30 minutes later we heard him again knock on another door.
Although we think he was probably a resident it did concern us as anyone could get access to the bedrooms as there is no security to get up the stairs. There is no swipe card access and I think this needs to be addressed as it is a safety concern.
