Checking in could have been quicker if staff were able to get guests' details from their systems, rather than guests having to hand write them, however having two receptionists helped matters. The facilities really put the likes of Premier Inn to shame which generally charges the same or more with breakfast not included. The food was enjoyable but would benefit from clear allergen information and more plant-based options

플리머스에서의 마지막 날이었습니다. 넓고 쾌적하고, 기차역과 Sainsbury, Drake Circus, M&S 근 거리에 모든 상점이 다 있습니다. 걸어서 5분 이내! 모든 호텔에 Micro wave가 공용으로 배치되어 사용할 수 있다면 매우 편리할 것 같아요. 호텔 내에 식당이 있지만 간단한 간식을 데워먹을 수 있으니까요. 친절한 직원분들과 항상 깨끗하게 관리해주시는 모든 분이 있어 편한 시간을 보냈습니다 😊

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

Fab hotel, great price, great service, great location. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Great location views from the room were fantastic Only downside is the price of parking at the hotel so had to use a different location for that

The location was good, the hotel was very basic but for the price was excellent. The breakfast was really good. Overall really good value for money.

晚上7點多到達酒店，訂了兩間房，告訴衹有一間，且滿房，經多重協調，酒店在一個小時以後騰挪出來一間，經理帶到屋裡時解釋説是agent在他們系統上訂了不知道為什麼他們系統又取消了，酒店並沒有實質性上對我們做任何補償。 第二天一早，由於很晚才入住房間，跟前台兩次要求才從11點延遲到12點退房。 更甚，check out時告訴我 需要全款再付第二間我已經在攜程上付過的房費，否則不能走。 早餐及其難吃且幾乎沒有什麼可以選擇的，對於接近5000一晚的房費 我簡直無話可説。 現在多付的房費還沒有退還給我。 另到酒店的路很窄 需要小心駕駛

우리가 점유한 표준 트윈 베드룸은 상당히 작지만 잘 꾸며져 있으며 현대적인 가구가 있으며 흠 잡을 데없이 깨끗합니다. 최근 샤워 시설, TV, 선풍기, 차/커피 메이커가 있습니다. 각 침대에 인접한 트윈 전기 소켓과 4개의 USB 콘센트가 있습니다. 창은 바다를 직접 향하지 않고 해안을 따라 보이지만 전망은 매우 쾌적합니다. 영국식 아침 식사는 좋았고 관리자 Adam은 매우 도움이되었습니다. 호텔 옆에 단단한 곳에 주차장이 있습니다. 바다와 부두가 가깝고 주요 쇼핑 지역은 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 우리의 체류를 많이 즐겼습니다. 두 가지 건설적인 제안은 (1) 곡선형 세면대 위에 서지 않는 세면도구를 위한 욕실 선반과 (2) 변기 브러시 제공이다.

I love the design of this hotel—it's a dream come true for William Morris fans! One thing to note: the hotel is located on a pedestrian-only high street, meaning cars cannot access the front entrance. The nearest taxi stand is at least a 10-minute walk away, which may not be ideal for guests with large luggage. However, Uber can drop you off near the shops, about a 6-minute walk from the hotel.

10 mins from centre and st David's station by foot but easy walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great too , continental and cooked was included in price. Parking was payable on site however if the hotel was full I don't think there would be enough spaces Was great value
