This is a fantastic beach block home that we recently renovated and updated with new furniture and modern beach decor. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths -- open the kitchen sliding door to hear the waves crashing or walk to the beach in 30 seconds! Beach: Oceanside beach access at the end of the street. We're the 5th house from the beach and offer beach towels, chairs, and 8 beach tags provided. Indoors: Central air, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 5 brand new beds, new furniture, and beach decor. TVs, cable, wifi, Netflix, BluRay player, Xbox w/games, board games, and books for the unfortunate rainy days. Linens and towels provided.Outdoors: Two chairs and small table, grill. Outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. Off-street parking for 5 cars. Tesla charger available (for additional price). Our home is all one story and there are only 4 steps (just getting into the house). Perfect for toddlers and anyone who has trouble with stairs.Brigantine is a very quiet, cozy and relaxing family friendly town that you will enjoy year round! Exit the family room through a sliding glass door onto a spacious back deck with a large dining table to enjoy an outdoor meal. To the right of the foyer area, you will enter a spacious kitchen with a large stainless steel gas range and oven. Other appliances include a large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen features a large eat in breakfast room with a table that seats 8 and an additional 40 inch Smart TV. Sliding glass doors in the kitchen lead you to yet another outdoor deck with four comfortable adirondack chairs. Beyond the kitchen you will find a hallway with the three first floor bedrooms, a full bath, and a half bath featuring an indoor shower and sink. The first bedroom to your left features two twin beds each with a rolling trundle bed underneath. Across the hall you will find two additional bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed and then another with a queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Straight beyond the foyer, you will find a short hallway leading to a powder room and a convenient utility room which houses the washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator. The utility room also features an exit to the back deck. Ascend the spiral staircase in the foyer area to find two second floor bedrooms - one room with two twin beds and the other with a large King sized bed and en suite. Exit the sliding doors in this room to find a deck with impressive ocean views and an exterior staircase down to the front porch/deck area. Off the front deck there is a beautifully maintained yard, perfect for lawn games or other outdoor fun. An outdoor shower is located on the left side of the house. A driveway with spaces for two cars is located on the right.
