The bedroom with the double beds has 2 TV's, perfect for 2 gamers who both want to play at the same time.The 2nd floor has 2 Master Suites. Both rooms have access to the 2nd floor deck. One suite has 2 couches and a sitting area. The other suite has a private family room outside of the bedroom and private access to exit the home.The 3rd floor space includes the Gourmet kitchen filled with high end cookware, utensils and serving dishes. There are 2 refrigerator and a wine fridge. You can host your friends and family in style! Sit out on the COVERED deck - that's right! The 3rd floor deck is covered for year round use. You can enjoy the views in comfort in any season. Put on your favorite tunes and relax.Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and a smart TV. The house is hard wired with stereo surround sound. Music can be played in the 2nd floor rooms, 3rd floor as well as on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. There is a generator, so don't worry about losing power - we got you covered.Handicap access directly from the garage to each level with the elevator.2 minute drive to the beach, 5 minute walk to the Brigantine Farmer's Market. 10 minute drive to Atlantic City and the AC boardwalk. Hypo-Allergenic dogs under 20 pounds may be accepted on a case by case basis. No shedding dogs allowed. Owner is severely allergic. Owner has a hypo-allergenic goldendoodle that stays in the home when not rented. Backyard, side yard, across the street, they're all friends. Many live here full-time. Our dedication to them and the community is that we will not allow a party house, excessively loud/disrespectful guests, or any illegal activities on the property. We will strictly enforce all rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels. Any violations of our or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints.
