'The staff and service at this hotel were great. I really appreciate it them and what they try to do. My only complaint was the carpet was a little bit dirty in the room. And there seems to be a lot of homelessness in the neighborhood of this hotel and the ones near it. That's not something they can help and in fact they're being compassionate I think with the people which I think is great. But it does make you feel a little unsafe at times.'
