Although the location was excellent and the service was good, I was disappointed with the room conditions. The heating was too high, and the windows were locked, so I could not open them to get fresh air or cool down the room. After checking out, I became ill. The room was uncomfortable, and I believe the lack of ventilation was a serious concern. I hope the management will address this issue to ensure a more comfortable and safer environment for future guests.
