I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!

아기자기했고, 주인 아주머니께서 정말 친절하고 다정하셨어요. 수건과 커피도 추가로 제공해 주셨어요. TV에는 넷플릭스, 디즈니+, 유튜브 등 구글 앱이 있었는데, 열어보니 이전 투숙객이 올린 노골적인 성인 콘텐츠가 있었어요... 정말 불편했어요! 숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었어요. 제게 유일한 단점은 창문 밖을 볼 수 없다는 점, 외부 칸막이로 가려져 있어서 꽤 어둡다는 점, 그리고 이른 아침에는 망치 두드리는 소리와 전동 공구 소리가 너무 시끄럽다는 점이었어요. 그 외에는 위치가 좋고 관광지에서 그리 멀지 않고 직원들도 매우 친절했어요.

We were so happy to stay in this lovely apartment. It was beautifully decorated and had such a charming atmosphere. Although it's located a little uphill from the Old Town, the location was excellent. The shower room was spotless, and the apartment was equipped with air conditioning, so we were able to sleep comfortably at night. On the day of our arrival, we ended up checking in a little later than planned because our flight was delayed. We let the host know, and they replied very quickly, which gave us great peace of mind. If we ever visit Split again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality!

객실은 정말 멋지고 깨끗했습니다. 다행히 남향 발코니가 있는 방을 배정받았는데, 열기가 좀 훅 빠져나갔습니다. 주변에 상점, 바, 레스토랑이 즐비한 중심가에 위치해 있어서 좋았습니다. 방에 아쉬운 점은 와이파이 속도가 너무 느리다는 것이었습니다. 호텔 내 여러 사람들이 와이파이를 사용했을 때 속도가 꽤 느렸는데, 가끔 그런 경우가 있었습니다. TV 브랜드는 Grundig인데, 들어본 적도 없고 스마트 설정도 없습니다. 휴대폰/아이패드를 TV에 투사할 수 있는 옵션이 있습니다. 단, 인터넷 속도가 느리면 가끔 TV를 인식하지 못한다는 점이 문제입니다... 새 TV를 구매하세요! 소통이 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 체크인 담당 직원은 문의 사항이 있으면 언제든지 연락하라고 했고, 그렇게 했지만 아무런 답변도 없었습니다. 호텔 리셉션에서 사용한 수건을 버리고 깨끗한 새 수건을 가져오는 시스템이 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 앞서 언급한 사소한 문제들이 다른 투숙객들의 전반적인 경험을 저해하고 있으니, 이 건설적인 피드백이 반영되기를 바랍니다.

Excellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!

The apartment is equipped with a smart TV that allows access to Netflix and YouTube, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s also a fridge to store food and cold drinks, which is super convenient. The location is excellent — right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town. It’s also very close to the beach and the port, making it a perfect base for sightseeing and exploring. The host is very friendly and offers airport pickup service. Be sure to check the listing details and contact the host via email in advance to arrange it. One thing to keep in mind: if you're driving, parking can be a bit tricky. There are a few parking spots behind the apartment, but they’re hard to find. Driving guests may find this a bit inconvenient. Overall, a lovely stay and highly recommended for travelers!

While the host has a great attitude, is genuinely helpful, and offers a welcoming touch with free brandy shots, the property falls far short of expectations for the price. Guests should be warned in advance that it is located on the 2nd/3rd floor with no lift, making carrying heavy luggage up 2.5 flights of stairs a major issue. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was unusable during my stay; the host is aware of the problem but hasn't fixed it, even though a basic Wi-Fi 6 or mesh router upgrade would easily solve it. Ultimately, you are paying 5-star hotel prices for a B&B experience with no reception desk, no lift, no luggage assistance, and an early 10:00 AM check-out.

Pro - very close to the Golden Gate and is easy to find. Check in is straightforward. The room is on the first floor above ground so it wasn't the most difficult thing to lift our luggages up. Con - (1) the actual room looks nothing like the pictures online. The online pictures (taken with wide lens mode) show the room to be much larger and brighter, whereas the room is in fact very small and relatively poorly lit. For one, the bed is literally two footsteps away from the door, and we were struggling to find space to open our luggages. (2) One of the beds in the room is in fact a sofa bed, but the property did not declare this when we booked. We spent a lot of time trying to book places which do not use sofa beds but actual beds, and so we can't help but feel that we were misled and misrepresented to. (3) There is a bit of noise. The property is right next to the road and near a pub with some rowdy youths at times. (4) Facilities are minimal. There is only one chair, and the table is very small. Everything else is basic. Nothing luxurious about it despite its name and the photos. (5) There is no lift at the property. We would not have chosen this property if we had a second chance.
