good location and very safe area in chicago , close to malls and restaurants

몇 번 시카고에 왔을 때 사용하고 있습니다. 체크인도 빠르고, 바로 입실할 수있었습니다. 침대도 너무 딱딱하지 않고 천천히 잠을 잤습니다. 샤워도 문제 없습니다. 아침 식사는 보통입니다.

房間不錯，離機場不算遠，比較安靜，價格優惠，除了沒有微波爐，其他都不錯！到機場接送車也很方便，13分鐘就送到了！送水比較貼心！

Hotel is close to the interstate. Entrance is narrow and a bit rough. Staff are good but we had an issue with room type and neither front desk nor manager willing to help fix it. ”Nothing we can do” was answer. Rooms we had were clean and spacious. Full fridge, microwave, stove top and kitchen basics was really good. Breakfast very average. Housekeeping is scheduled and max is every other day.

Отель находится в очень тихом и живописном месте. Все прекрасно и замечательно было нам во время проживания. Белоснежное постельное, Чистый бассейн, вежливый и улыбчивый персонал. Единственный минус в том, что нам до сих пор не вернули депозит в размере 78$, который мы оплатили при заселении. Связаться с отелем по этому вопросу не получилось. Надеюсь что крупный отель с весомым именем не поступит не красиво и все же вернет депозит на карту…

프런트 직원분들이 정말 친절했고, 객실 청소 상황에 맞춰 룸 업그레이드도 해주셨어요. 하지만 이 더블트리 바이 힐튼 호텔에서는 무료 쿠키와 생수가 제공되지 않는다는 점이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 생수는 한 병에 2달러였고, 쿠키는 오전에만 받을 수 있었어요.

우리는 3 박을 머물렀고 매일 아침 놀라운 아침 식사로 깨어나는 것이 좋았습니다. 우리는 수영장과 온수 욕조를 모두 가지고있었습니다. 우리 방은 조용했고 침대와 베개는 믿을 수 없을 정도로 편안했습니다. 남편과 나는이 장소를 좋아했습니다. 다음에 우리가 마을에있을 때 우리는 확실히 다시 여기에 머무를 것입니다.

A staff member African American told my son he looked suspicious my son is African American as well and called the police on him so that was not cool at all my son told her well I have a right to go in and out my room and walk around etc then after I left I called because someone that visited Us while there lost their ID and the lady tell me I left my room a mess I said who are you lying to because I do not play them games I cleaned my room personally and left not a thang in there sat the garbage outside the door in bags and the towels as we are told nothing less nothing more they are more strick with their rules which is better now but as far as accusing my son as being suspicious and telling me I left the room a mess that's messed up y'all not keeping my money that the hotel have on hold I'll take them to court nothing was broken nor no trash was left inside so no that's not it it's sad that this place has changed for the worst in one way and being a more strick is better as it got a lil wild over here in the past they need to know and check they camera as far as which guests are there or not before they start to call people suspicious

서비스는 빠르고 친절했으며 그것이 있었던 환경 / 이웃은 매우 호화롭고 우아했습니다. 우리가 전에 가본 적이 없는 많은 장소와 매우 가깝습니다. 허니 잼에서 맛있는 아침 식사와 크럼블 쿠키 바로 옆에있었습니다! 우리가 아직 오하이오 출신이라고 말할 수 있습니까? 또한 여행 문신 국수 문신을 원한다면 적극 권장합니다. 호텔에서 차로 단 5분 거리에 있으며 모든 직원도 훌륭했습니다. 이것은 매우 좋은 숙박이었고 가까운 장래에 돌아올 것이라고 표현합니다.
