This place was absolutely breathtaking the staff couldn’t have been any more professional It was my wife’s special Birthday and they laid on a surprise gift and display for her The two of us were totally blown away by the kindness and hospitality shown I would highly recommend the Lana’s suites to everyone

최고의 4 성급 호텔 !! 처음에는 올 인클루시브 4성급 호텔에 대해 걱정했습니다. 서비스, 음식, 음료 및 엔터테인먼트가 좋지 않으면 우리는 갇힐 것입니다! 그러나 그들은 우리가 거기에 도착하는 순간 우리의 마음을 바꿨습니다. 카운터에 접근했을 때 그들은 우리를 환영했고 우리 방이 준비되었는지 확인하겠다고 말했습니다. 그렇지는 않지만 그들은 우리를 위해 우리 가방을 가져 와서 호텔에서 시간을 즐기기 시작할 수 있도록 카드 (추가 비용없이 가서 점심을 먹을 수 있음)를주었습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 우리는 데코를 좋아했습니다. 우리는 세부 사항에 대한 관심도 좋아했습니다! 방의 디자인에 많은 생각이 들어갔다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 우리는 거기 음식도 좋아합니다. 우리는 거기에 있었던 매일 아침, 점심, 저녁을 먹었습니다. 평소 아이들이 좋아하는 것 외에도 메인 요리는 매일 식사마다 달랐습니다. 나는 특히 갓 요리한 생선과 빠에야를 즐겼습니다. 그리고 할로윈을 테마로 한 야간 식사. 애니메이션 팀은 훌륭했습니다. 그들은 내 아이들과 매우 좋았습니다. 막내는 키즈 클럽에서 시작하기가 조금 부끄러웠습니다. 직원 중 한 명이 그녀가 정착하는 데 도움을 주기 위해 많은 특별한 관심을 기울였습니다. 저녁 엔터테인먼트도 예상보다 좋았습니다. 우리는 곡예 쇼를 정말로 즐겼습니다. 정확히 BGT 표준은 아니지만 우리 모두를 행복하게 유지하기에 충분히 재미있습니다. 공항에서 차로 10 분 거리입니다. 우리는 실제로 거기에가는 길에 버스를 탔다. 그것은 1 인당 1.40 유로의 비용이 들었고 호텔 맞은 편에 멈췄습니다. 돌아오는 길에 택시 비용 13-15eur. 우리는 또한 호텔 바로 옆에 아름다운 해변이 있다는 것을 좋아합니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 샤워 시설과 수건이 있어서 호텔로 돌아가기 전에 발을 청소할 수 있어서 너무 사려깊습니다. 불평할 것이 있다면 머무는 동안 한증막이 작동하지 않았다고 말할 것입니다!

Amazing stay at these apartments - great location with pool and pool bar which did Estrella in Frozen glasses (big win for me) as well as good selection of food on offer I had a Seaview room (14) and was spacious and clean with your own balcony All staff from Reception/Cleaners/Bar Staff were lovely and friendly none could be faulted I can see why it’s always booked up in advance but if I get a chance would definitely book here again

Amazing hotel! The location, at the quieter end of PDC, 5/10 mins from Airport and only €1.40 on local bus (161). Still besides shops, bars & restaurants but with this being an All Inclusive hotel I never had to spent a cent. Beer, wines, coffee, soft drinks on tap…literally, but has also numerous bars around the place with great service. Three restaurants, two of which you need to book in advance (Asian & Canarian), food is plentiful and of a very good standard. You could not go hungry! The cleaning & maintenance team are like a small army, the place is spotless and nothing gets overlooked. I’d fully recommend!!!

거대한 호텔, 훌륭한 위치, 내 파트너와 나는 체크인부터 마지막 날까지 훌륭한 경험을했습니다. 아름다운 수영장과 레스토랑, 맛있는 음식과 멋진 음료. 전반적으로 매우 친절한 직원, 전망과 큰 발코니가 있는 멋진 조용한 객실. 매우 추천합니다.

호텔은 부분적으로 구식이며 우리 방은 우리가 황무지를 내려다보고 햇볕이 잘 드는 바다 전망을 기대했던 우수한 방 이었지만 약간 피곤했습니다. 그러나 방은 깨끗했고 공공 장소는 넓습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 리셉션은 효율적이었습니다.

Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. For a 2* it had everything I needed and wanted. Lovely palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere. There were plenty of activities to choose from / sign up to via the Tui App such as aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga, and arts and crafts. The young instructors were lovely and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was laid back and good fun with quizzes and shows and music.  They very kindly upgraded me to a large sea view room with views across to Fuertaventura. Very much appreciated. I went self catering and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. No oven but a combi microwave.  The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Pool / beach towel provided.  I had the buffet dinner on my last night and there was so much choice. Very good value for €20.  Would definitely recommend.

We arrived late , receptionist very helpful she notice that I’ve only booked for Myself I forgot to put my husband name My fault ! But. Thought they only charge per room not person ! But anyway , she let me off .far from walking to main centre taxi is 5 € only .

The hotel has its own part of the beach and has very relaxing vibe. It’s outside the town centre but is only a quick taxi ride. The food was adequate and I would say was quite good seeing the hotel is only a 3 star. The rooms were large and spacious and very clean. All in all a great hotel for a relaxing holiday.
