Hotel Fariones

15 minutes from airport but no noise from landing/take off planes. Beautiful hotel right on beach with extensive grounds and 3+ pools. Food delicious. The staff are everyone smiling and helpful Especially Stephanie in reception; Mario who takes the bags and shows to room imparting great information; in dining room Alexandra & Marina. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the minute we walked into the reception area (which is an absolute masterclass in interior design), we knew we were in for a treat. What an amazing hotel this is. The landscaped gardens are beautiful , overlooking the sea and immaculately maintained. All of the staff, without exception, were welcoming and friendly and an asset to the hotel. There are several different areas to relax in and my gosh, this place is so chilled out and peaceful! Breakfast was great, every option you can think of and every taste catered for. Rooms are spacious, light and airy, with great views of the gardens and sea. We only ate at the hotel once on an evening, preferring to eat at the many great restaurants in the area. We chose the Asian restaurant at the hotel, which as is the rest of the hotel, beautifully decorated. The Taster Menu was very pretty to look at but unfortunately, wasn't for us. Ever so slightly pretentious and at €230 (including wine), not really worth the money. That's only our opinion though and I'm sure lots of people will disagree with us. 🙂 Staff were lovely though. We had an amazing week here and after only being home for a day, have booked again for next year. Ten nights next time though , as a week just wasn't enough. My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful hotel. Our goal was to relax and experience a peaceful break away. This is exactly what we got! Quiet rooms, cleaned and shining every day. Lovely cleaning staff. Special mention must go to the piano player who was simply wonderful, talented and friendly. Also Suzanne who we met at breakfast time was so warm and friendly every day. She made an effort to genuinely speak to us and have a nice conversation. Oliver at Reception was a gentleman. The staff member working at the towel bar was consistently friendly and smiling despite the extreme heat which must have been difficult to work in every day. The only suggestion I have is that we would have liked to be given the option not to recycle our bathroom towels every day, in respect of the environment.

This hotel is particularly great due to the commitment of all staff. They aim to please at all times. The restaurant manager articulated and acted on this ethos as did all of the staff. I hope that the company recognises their great loyalty to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay as usual. It is difficult to name members of staff, but I would like to give a big shout out to those whom I met on a regular basis, namely, Harriet, Raquel, Paul and Guisimara.

Perfect! Absolutely stunning hotel, from the staff, food and rooms, exceeded our expectations, staff here are amazing and attentive, beautiful grounds and surroundings, we stayed bed and breakfast, which was delicious and very varied, hotel decor is of a very high standard, would not hesitate to come back, can’t recommend this hotel enough, and thank you to all the amazing, lovely people that work so hard to make the stay so wonderful!!!!

This has to be the finest hotel in Lanzarote. The whole experience for our week was exactly what we expected from a five star rated hotel. The quality of the rooms, very friendly and professional staff, the delicious and plentiful food at breakfast and dinner, great lobby and bar area, beautiful grounds and more than enough sun beds, relaxed but very good night time entertainment all added to a first class week’s holiday for us. Of course being a top rated hotel the food and drink can be pricey? That’s what we expected when booking, But is well situated for all the bars and restaurants and shops of Puerto del Carmen for alternative dining if you want. Great stay, we will return

We have just returned from a week at the Fariones Hotel and as expected it certainly didn't disappoint. We were so excited to visit this amazing hotel once again. The staff start your holiday as soon as you walk through the doors on arrival. The professionalism and kindness of every staff member just shines. You're treated so well by everyone. The hotel oozes class and the ambience makes everyday so special. The restaurant & bar staff are so attentive. The food and drinks are so well presented and very appetising. The rooms are spotless thanks to the house keeping team and they are a credit to the hotel. The pool area and gardens are immaculate. We were holidaying to celebrate a birthday and when we returned to our gorgeous room the staff had left a birthday surprise of decorations & cake. Its the small touches and personal detail that make this holiday so incredible. Sadly we can't return for a few years however we know friends & family that are going on our recommendation. We will definitely return in the future and can't wait to indulge ourselves once again in the luxury that is the Fariones Hotel. Thank you to all.

Excellent hotel, 3rd visit, always a pleasure. Made a big fuss of my partner as we were there over his birthday. Staff and facilities are all brilliant, definitely be back, already booked for December, they really make you feel special
