"Excellent stay, we have gone back after a couple of years gap and the hotel is running smoother and exactly as it should. Food is great, something for everyone, the restaurant is busy but we never waited for more than a couple of minutes for a table. The whole resort is spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. Sunlounger reserving does still happen. Some people were sat on them at 8am, others had towels left.. there are notices everywhere asking you not to do that but unfortunately im not sure anybody takes any notice. Overall a great stay, 15 Euros in a taxi from the airport. We we stay again."

"Right then here goes Stayed here Christmas Eve till Jan 7th 2025 on arrival all looks ok until we were given our room 317 top floor no lift partner 76 years old myself bk complications walking into block paint falling of walls all debris all over carpet we get in the room ok clean but very tired microwave old as me plug hanging of wall to fridge no heating as it was very chilli of a night went down to ask for a heater she said sorry I can only give u a extra blanket well not good when u have to use that blanket when watching tv at night too in front room bathroom was ok no sun on balcony what so ever pool area clean no probs with beds to bathe pool not heated and only main bit of pool full rest no water we asked to be moved but apparently full so had to stay put location perfect for us as we love the main square and abbey rd pub and the venue our main pub is the blue bell love Katie who works their she’s great oh and if u need a heater ask in their the loan one for a tenor a week which we did after and room was warm again apart from that I’ll never self cater again put me right off"

"La Casa de los Naranjos is definitely my happy place on the island: with my family I have visited Lanzarote many times but this is definitely our favourite place. The hotel is amazing, laid back atmosphere, wonderful decor in a fully renovated historical building, excellent service. Breakfast is a highlight, everything is homemade and absolutely delicious It is the perfect place to stay and relax but it is also very conveniently located to explore the island. Nearby there are wonderful beaches, Manrique’s house is just minutes away and Haria and the surroundings are so authentic. Everybody at la Casa de los Naranjos is professional and very welcoming. Big special thanks to the owner Josè Antonio and his staff for making our stays so special!"

"Just returned from a 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel. It really is a tropical paradise. We had a relax junior suite with sea view & balcony with a hot tub. The room overlooked the beach, We both slept so well, the bed was amazing & pillows so comfortable. We arrived to a bottle of cava & plate of cheeses & chutney, which was very tasty. We celebrated my birthday during our stay & the hotel made a small cake for me which was divine! The next day was our wedding anniversary & we were given the most beautiful arrangement of red roses we’ve ever seen. As for the food it really was 5* so much choice for breakfast & evening meal, which was amazing. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful surround by tropical plants, palm trees & so many cozy areas to sit & chill out. There is rooftop pool exclusive to the suite Rooms & which we thoroughly enjoyed. All the staff are so lovely & friendly. We cannot wait to return one day."
