제가 가본 호텔 중 최악이에요. 매우 비전문적이고 정중 한 직원. 호텔은 도하에서 멀리 떨어진 바다 한가운데에 위치해 있습니다. 그리고 30분 정도 소요되는 그곳으로 데려가는 한판 승부가 있으며 보트에는 11시 이후 최대 11시까지 매 시간 출발하는 특정 시간표가 있습니다. 아무도 당신을 운전하는 것을 받아들이지 않을 것입니다. 섬에는 슈퍼마켓이나 약국도 없기 때문에 무엇이든 사야 한다면 30민트 보트를 타야 합니다. 그리고 꼭 미리 예약하세요. 악몽이었습니다. 마음이 편치 않았습니다. 달려가서 보트를 타야 한다고 느꼈고, 우리에게 가장 힘든 때는 체크아웃할 때였습니다. 그러다가 1박 3일에 전화해서 출발 시간을 알렸습니다. 오전 9시를 확인합니다. 불행히도 우리 짐을 가져가는 사람은 아무도 없었고 나는 그들이 불행하고 작동하지 않는다고 느끼는 물건으로 다시 불평을 시작했습니다. 실제로 저는 누구에게도 이 호텔을 방문하라고 조언하지 않습니다.

즐거운 여행. 호텔 객실은 새롭지는 않지만 넓고 바다를 바라보고 있으며 옷을 말리고 흡연할 수 있는 발코니도 있습니다. 직원분들 모두 예의바르시고 열성적이십니다. 특히 키즈클럽에서는 아이가 너무 놀아도 떠나지 않더군요. 저녁 8시쯤에 아이만 데리러 갔는데 직원 두 명이 같이 춤을 추는 사람은 없었습니다. 그녀는 그 과정 내내 기분이 상했습니다. 그녀는 또한 내일 몇 시에 돌아올 것인지 물었고 그 말은 정말 감동적이었습니다.

This was the most amazing beautiful island I’ve been to. The staff on the island were lovely and accommodating. The island itself was quiet but I’d even describe it as a boring. You can walk a lap around it in 20 mins and there’s about 3 things to do apart from eating. The restaurants themselves were very good with excellent service especially the people at Teds diner and al amin at al ahharm. I booked for 3 nights but would advise anyone wanting to go just to book a day trip. There is no need to stay here genuinely

My first trip was so much better in terms of service. It could have been because of EID. But phones were not being answered, bags took forever to come to the room. When we checked out the bost back was behind schedule almost 40 mins and to get car from valet took another 20 mins. Just much slower than our first trip. I still stand behind that they should have a mini mart or a place to purchase things like snacks, gum, cookies such things that the kids would love and even adults.
