위치와 해변가에 바로 있는 비치 하우스는 놀랍습니다. 따뜻한 바닷물로 바로 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 그 자리에 있는 레스토랑은 표준 생선 요리를 제공하며 편리합니다. alao 레스토랑은 해변에 있습니다. 서비스 팀은 고객에게 더 원활하게 서비스를 제공하고 영어 구사 능력을 향상시키기 위해 더 잘 훈련되어야 합니다. 다른 곳과 비교했을 때 해변 숙박이 가능한 이곳은 우리에게 훨씬 최고였습니다. 다시 올 것입니다.

정말 좋은 곳입니다. 시내에서 택시/그랩으로 100,000동, 자전거 대여로 5,000동입니다. Circle K에서 카드를 충전하고 하나의 계정으로 여러 대의 자전거를 빌릴 수 있습니다. TNGO 스테이션에 주차하세요.

흰색 벽과 가구가 거의 없는 대형 타일 리셉션은 메마르고 환영받지 못하는 첫인상을 줍니다. 이것은 방에도 계속되었는데, 역시 크지만 최소한의 가구로 단 1개의 단단한 의자만 있고 벽에는 아무것도 없습니다. 스태프 제복조차 보기 흉할 정도로 사업적이었다. 방에는 주전자가 있었지만 차나 커피는 없었습니다. 아침에 나오는 커피는 몇 시간 동안 끓인 것 같았고 신선한 과일 주스는 없었습니다. 상환 기능은 해변에 있지만 Con Dau의 다른 많은 호텔도 마찬가지입니다.

1. 소음이 너무 심하다. 오전 5시 30분부터 해변에서 바로 객실까지 시끄러운 휴대용 스피커를 이용해 행사를 할 수 있도록 허용한 리조트. 돈이 전부인가요? 누구라도 시끄러워도 괜찮나요? 접수원에게 말했더니 별 의미가 없었습니다. 이벤트 군중(2022년 6월 11일 아침에 이곳에서 휴가를 임대하는 특정 회사의)은 오전 5시 30분부터 오전 8시까지 매우 우스꽝스럽고 우스꽝스러웠습니다. 라디오 스피커는 여전히 가능한 한 시끄럽게 울려 퍼졌습니다. TSND는 또한 다른 손님이 소음으로 인해 고문을 당하도록 허용합니다. 이는 고객을 배려하고 고객을 학대하고 리조트 자체 규정을 위반한 사례라고 생각합니다. 경비원은 온화한 손님을 압도하기 위해 큰 소리로 말하는 것처럼 보입니다. 밤새도록(오전 10시 30분부터 새벽 2~3시까지) 담배를 피우고 동요하는 청소년들은 노인 옆방에서는 잠을 잘 수 없다. 경비원은 아무 의견이 없습니까?! 그날 밤(2022년 6월 9일 밤과 6월 10일 아침) 노인은 잠을 이루지 못해 일어나 캠퍼스로 가서 경비원을 찾아보니 두 경비원 모두 자고 있었다. 비행을 마친 젊은이들은 완전히 새벽이 되기 전에 체크아웃을 했다. 질문에 경비원과 접수원, 직원들은 침묵을 지켰다. 리조트 전체가 손님을 책임지는 사람이 없어 손님이 고통받는 것 같습니다. 라이브 앤 다이 플라이. 2. "뉴 스탠다드" 객실은 모텔 객실과 가격은 비슷하지만 가격이 비싸고, 문을 두드리는 소리와 시끄러운 복도를 걸어가는 사람들의 소리, 문을 두드리는 소리로 시끄럽습니다. 시트는 마치 빨지도 교체하지도 않은 것처럼 구겨져 손님들에 대한 경멸을 드러냈습니다. 당신이 얻는 것에 비해 너무 비쌉니다. 방갈로의 화장실은 위생적이지 않고 오래되어 업그레이드가 필요합니다. 낡은 디자인, 판지처럼 딱딱한 방 커튼은 답답함을 유발하고, 삐걱거리는 미닫이문은 불면증을 유발합니다. 화장실(바다를 향한 방갈로) 바닥은 끈적끈적했고, 욕실은 보조금을 받는 기숙사의 공용 화장실처럼 어둡고 눅눅해 보였습니다. 3. 모기가 많아요. 침실에는 모기가 윙윙대는데 손님을 위한 모기장이 준비되어 있지 않나요? 4. 손님을 위한 아침 식사에 사용되는 접시는 아직 표면에 물이 남아 있고, 씻지 않은 기름으로 끈적끈적합니다. 카운터에 서서 손님에게 물 떠주기 위해 서 있는 셰프가 손님에게 소리를 지른다 부모님들, 직원들이 손님에게 그렇게 소리를 지르는 리조트가 어디 있습니까? 5. 고객이 주문한 것을 잊어버리고, 시간이 너무 오래 걸리며, 음식을 받으려면 고객에게 여러 번 상기시켜야 합니다. 고객이 야채조림을 주문하면 야채조림은 30분 전(40분 대기 후)에 삶아주고 야채가 식은 후에 야채조림이 나옵니다. 음식은 맛이 없고, 상추는 찢어지거나 흐물흐물해지며 여전히 아침 뷔페 트레이나 고객이 주문할 수 있는 접시에 놓여 있습니다. 6. 리셉션 직원이 늦게 지불하는 경우가 많습니다. 체크인할 때 객실이 있는데 이용할 수 없어 손님들이 실망하게 됩니다. 접수원의 태도는 종종 놀라움을 표하고, 손님이 화를 낸 문제에 대한 책임을 부인하고, 이를 무시하고 침묵을 지킵니다. 우리가 일하는 방식을 바꿀 수 없다면 누가 TSNCD에 오고 싶어할지 모르겠습니다. 우리 가족에게는 절대 그렇지 않습니다.

This hotel is located on the beach unlike a lot of hotels in Con Dao that say they are but are actually located across the road from the beach. We had a garden view bungalow though we could see the ocean from our verandah. The room was a good size with a huge open air bathroom. The ocean view ones which were booked out had a much smaller bathroom. The resort is definitely in need of some TLC especially the deck chairs on the beach. The buffet breakfast was okay with an egg station and Vietnamese food. Location was great, easy walking distance to restaurants, markets and jetty.

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the beachside bungalows. No issues with accommodation. Breakfast was good - you could get pho made to order and a buffet with a wide selection but more Vietnamese type food but I would suggest going early . Beachfront was clean ( rubbish that had been bought in but the sea was cleared up the first afternoon) in the three days we stayed there and the water was beautiful. There were 4 hammocks strung up between the trees on the beach. When hot it was good to have the trees to shelter you from the sun. Staff were helpful although English spoken was limited. About a five minute walk from Bar2000 and the new ferry port (not open when we’re there) and 15-20min walk got you to most of the restaurants/ mini marts in town.

This is not a resort, it is a hotel on a lovely beach. There was not even a banana chair in sight or anything else you might relate to a resort. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow and they are in serious need of a huge overhaul. As for the beachfront, it needs to be cleaned up, and de-littered. I’m sure the breakfast was probably good in Vietnam terms, but as everything else was so shabby I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Con Dao is a lovely little island and this place is a disappointment.

There is NOT A POOL! False advertising. Staff are not helpful, breakfast is ant/bug infested and not kept warm. Buffet at breakfast is never covered and unappetizing. Service poor. Coffee sitting for hours. Only good thing is the beach. Stay next door where they actually have the pool that this place claims to have

Un hôtel qui a du être sympa il y 20 ans . Aujourd'hui tout est à refaire c est un scandale. Rien n est entretenu,les jardins sont à l abandon les chambres vétustes Seul l emplacement est sympa car sur une belle plage Un conseil passez votre route

Nous avions fait le choix de cet endroit pour l’emplacement et le côté simple des bungalows qui nous plaisait en photos. Arrivée dans un bâtiment lugubre d’aspect administration (à côté de cet établissement nos centres des impôts et autres lieux similaires sont cosy et bien meublés !) Nous apprenons que notre chambre est dans le bâtiment principal et non pas en bungalow … si l’on souhaite être upgradé c’est 200 kVdn de plus par nuit mais tous les bungalows sea views sont pris ce sera donc un garden… qui se trouve en fait être sur la dernière ligne donc proche route avec le restaurant à côté … sic Côté déco et ameublement rien n’a changé depuis les photos de 2011 meme pas les matelas (je suppose) vu leur confort …. On se croirait dans un appart au ski des années 70/80. C’est spacieux certes mais vétuste et mal entretenu… La salle de bains Mouais bof… ça fera l’affaire … Contrairement à tous les autres hôtels faits depuis le début de notre périple de 3 semaines c’est la première fois que nous voyons des gens aussi peu investis et pas du tout accueillants ni même sympathiques. Zéro échange et le niveau de service est identique. Le petit déjeuner est ignoble… même pas sur les choix car ça il y en a, mais sur la qualité des produits … immangeables On ne peut même pas dire que ce soit une question de prix puisque nous avons payé 140€ pour 2 nuits (ce qui est relativement élevé au Vietnam) Bref le but de cet avis n’est que de vous éviter des déconvenues et non pas de cracher dans la soupe
