더블트리 바이 힐튼 앳 더 리코 아레나 - 코벤트리 후기

첫날 밤은 나쁜 경험이었습니다. 천장에서 물이 새서 침대로 올라왔습니다. 베개, 침대 캐비닛, 이불 커버, 카펫이 젖었습니다!! 새벽 3시. 서비스와 청결이 훌륭했고, 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 매우 전문적이었습니다.

괜찮아요. 맨체스터 시티에서 코벤트리로 왔어요. 밤이 거의 끝나갈 무렵에 호텔을 찾았어요. 체크인이 가능한지 미리 전화했어요. 시내에서 꽤 멀었어요. -인도 매우 빨랐습니다. 프론트 데스크 리셉션도 매우 좋았습니다.

Good location and good size rooms but dated hotels, needs renovation.

We had a fantastic stay overnight. fabulous staff willing to help very caring and understanding very helpful all the time we was there. breakfast was amazing. I’m very wonderfully presented those everything you wanted and all nicely displayed and absolutely wonderfully clean and the staff was great so Wood come back thank you. Thank you for everything bye-bye.

Could not be happier this time as the room and the service we got were not good. They gave us a pitch view room with the windows completely covered with something due to an event. So there was no sunlight at all in the room. Was there for 3 nights and felt like we lived in a tunnel and it was so depressive. The air conditioning was not working and couldn't sleep on the first day and when we complained about this to the reception they sent us a fan after asking for two times. I had to keep that fan just a few inches away from my nose to get a little bit of cooling while my man was sleeping in an uncomfortable temperature.  We had to follow them several times for housekeeping.  I will think twice before booking this hotel next time.

Great night, clean comfortable room, would have given 5 stars but was missing showr gel in bathroom.

The price of a buffet breakfast in Faradays restaurant is way so good, £20 for 2 persons.

Well appointed spacious rooms. Location handy for a motorway stopover.

I was in room 187 the noise from the pipes for the 2 days I was there was terrible I left after 2 days exhausted from lack of sleep the room was lovely and the bed was great but I ask the management to go into that room and flush toilets from other rooms and you will hear what I mean. I couldn’t believe how bad it was I won’t lie. Paint in the bathroom could do with a little TLC

Nice and clean hotel. Parking is expensive.

The room is spacious and the hotel has a lot of car parking lots conveniently located next to the premises. Good value for money!
