原來是很期待住在這個酒店的，訂了一間的大一點的房子，後來他給了我們小的普通房，我向酒店投訴，這不是我訂的房間，後來給我換了大一點的房間，不過在三樓，酒店門口得staff應該是沒有經驗得服務生，說話也很不好聽，眼睛翻來翻去的，樓下服務生，還說，這就是你訂的房間，我真的很無語！ 後來看到照片才發現不是我訂的，當然酒店還和我道歉送了小香檳，但是經歷也很差！我又想做SPA，服務生說，我們酒店很滿，問了很久一直也沒有回覆，第二天早上再問，其實明明就有位子！非常差的經歷在這個酒店，完全不像五星級酒店，再也不會來了！ 🤦🏻♀️🥲

在霞慕尼體驗非常好的別墅式酒店，兩室一廳兩個卧室兩個洗浴間，非常寬敞，客廳沙發還可以拉出床，最多可以住五六個人。設施完備，廚房餐具一應俱全。陽台景色無敵，正對大草坪，阿爾卑斯羣山，早上躺在沙發上看日照金山。走路到鎮中心10分鐘，語無倫比的度假體驗。

샤모니에서 이 가격에 이 수준의 호텔은 그렇게 생각하지 않습니다. 직원은 친절하고 방은 깨끗합니다. Wi-Fi는 스트레스를 느끼지 않습니다. 중심부에서 떨어져 있고 근처에 스키 대여가 가능한 가게가 없다는 점은 다소 불편합니다. 그러나 버스 정류장이 도보 1 분 거리에 있기 때문에 특히 문제가 없습니다.

Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm. Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though so not too bad. Not walking distance to the slopes. The hotel staff were great. Gave some good advise on getting over to Italy for the a day, we had the mont blanc ultimate pass and was totally worth it to visit Italy and the wider slopes. The ski shop gentleman was amazing, super helpful. Well worth the money to stay there.

Lovely hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Very affordable and Close to everything. We were offered to use sauna by ourselves for an hour as long as you book ahead. Highly recommended.

Hotel super pertinho do centro de chamonix, estacionamento gratuito, lindíssimas vistas das montanhas, atendimento super gentil, hotel muito charmoso, elegante e aconchegante!!!!

It was the perfect couple stay. The hotel is not in the city centre, it’s just next to the gold club. The view is amazing. The room have chalet vibes which was soo nice and cozy. They had a spa and sauna which was free to use for guests and it was soo nice. I can’t stress enough on the beauty of the view. Would 100 recommend and go back.

Really nice hotel with great amenities. Be sure to check out the sauna on the roof as it looks out onto the mountains in spectacular fashion! The room was nice and very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. This property is right in the city center and you can see the train station from the front door. A really good property and I highly recommend!
