'방은 매우 좋고 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 따뜻합니다. 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 인내심과 사려 깊음. 아침 식사는 풍부하고 영양가가 있습니다. 전체 빌라의 장식 스타일은 매우 아름답고 각 장식은 신중하게 설계되었습니다. 호텔에서 빈티지 보석 두 개를 샀습니다. 매우 멋져요. 전반적으로 기대 이상입니다. 절대적으로 적극 권장합니다.'

'Stayed for one night whilst visiting family. Room was great, looked like it had recently been refurbished. The bed was incredibly comfortable!  Nice and quiet until the room above returned to their room - endless banging around from midnight until 4am. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and a nice relaxed feel. Hotel is well situated for the cathedral and town centre. Car parking next door cost £5.40 for 24 hours (Sunday)'

'Me and my partner book the Huckleberry bar and grill last minute. I rung them the day before to see if they had an iron which they did and the lady I spoke to was very kind and put it in our room ready for when we arrived . we arrived a little earlier than check in time , there were clear instructions on how to get into the room . We had room 1 , it was a lovely room , very spacious and very clean , good size bathroom . The bed was very comfy , there was a little noise when we went to bed but we was out till late our selves so didnt both us . We had a drink in the bar that evening, staff were very friendly , food looked lovely , and was very busy . We said next time we go over to Lincoln we will definitely stay here again as the place is in a good location to shops and bars . Thank you for having us .'

'Decent stay in Central Lincoln by the Brayford Wharf, excellent quiet location a 10/15 min walk from the train station. Check-in time a strict 3pm but was able to store bags, but there isn't a proper storeroom, my bag was just on the floor in the office. Wi-Fi decent. Room could've been cleaner, minor but suspicious stain on duvet and overall surfaces could've done with a once over. A bit dated in all honesty, even the TV looks old. Nice powerful shower. Nice bar area but didn't use. Would stay again and have stayed again. Gets the job done.'

'Excellent customer service. The gentleman in the evening shift who looked after me was very wonderful. My hotel room was just perfect. Very comfortable mattress. Very cozy. The view of the Lincoln Cathedral was fantastic. The bar staff were very friendly. All the staff members were very professional and polite. The breakfast staff looked after me very well. There was an intermittent problem with the shower controls that I forgot to mention at the hotel. Room no. 350. Thank you for a wonderful stay.'
