The motel was clean, beds and pillows so comfortable, and the shower was to die for. The breakfast buffet is $22 but we’ll worth the price. EP’s Bar and Grill was tasty, but know food has a spicy kick! Delta’s Diner is to die for! All areas of service were wonderful! Every night at 9 pm hot cocoa and peanut butter sandwiches are put out for snacks. There is a beautiful chapel and fire pit outdoors. There is absolutely nothing I could complain about! The entire place is gorgeous and well decorated.

To be honest a little pricey for a small room. But it definitely is an iconic hotel and the lobby is beautiful. Ducks are cute and the hotel is duck-themed. Parking is extremely expensive, 40 dollars.

If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”

This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.

우리 가족은 집으로 여행하는 동안 여기에서 멈췄습니다. 우리가 있었던 곳과 가까웠고 하룻밤만 멈춰야 했습니다. 내 여행 앱을 통해 빠른 예약, 그리고 내가 체크인 할 때 그 남자는 좋았습니다. 방은 괜찮았고 특별한 것은 없었고 솔직히 고급 호텔이라 놀랍지만 6인 가족이 사용하기에 깨끗하고 침대가 충분했습니다. 침대는 그렇게 편안하지 않습니다. 무료 아침 식사는 괜찮 았고 커피는 좋았습니다. 멤피스의 좋은 지역에 있었습니다.

Great location! Staff was very friendly. Pretty good breakfast spread. We had a junior suite Room 607 which was spacious. The water pressure for the shower and tub was great and lots of hot water too. A few notes on the downside. We asked for an extra blanket for the room and they didn’t have one and said they would bring one up when they found one. But never did. We stayed two night and they did make the bed between nights which was great! Howe er they did not resolves with any new towels. And a small note is the plug in the shower was a bit worn so it took some doing to get it to work k so my wife could take a bath.

酒店周邊交通比較方便，也很安靜，附近有吃飯的地方也靠近機場有穿梭，機場巴士，需要在入住的時候和酒店確認時間，總體服務很好，早餐也不錯，好評!

日本人女一人での旅行だったので不安がたくさんあったのですが、送迎の方もフロントの方もみんな良くしてくださり安心して過ごすことができました。 部屋も綺麗に清掃されていました。朝ごはんもついており、いつでも利用できるドリンクバーも近くに気軽に行けるマーケットがなかった私にとってとても助かりました。

남편과 나는 좋은 숙박을했습니다. 방은 깨끗했습니다. 그날 밤에 우리를 체크인 한 사람은 매우 친절하고 매우 도움이되었습니다. 아침 식사는 따뜻한 아침 식사로 업그레이드 될 수 있습니다. 꽤 절름발이였습니다. 멋진 숙박을 한 다른 사람들. 고맙습니다.
