Her yönden mükemmeldi. Olanaklar, hijyen,ilgi, hizmet. Özellikle restoran kısmında servis her öğünde çok hızlıydı. Tam anlamıyla mükemmel 3 gun geçirdik. Oglum, arkadaşları ve anneleriyle geldik. Sömestr tatilinde iyi ki buradaydık.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️

What an amazing hotel to stay at! We only stayed for a couple of nights, but we realised that it’s that kind of place that we would like to visit again. Staff is very friendly, always smiling, food actually tastes good! Which is very rare for an all inclusive hotels. And in this hotel everything is inclusive - even Starbucks coffee! I recommend this place! Also since it’s a new hotel, everything actually does look and feel very new. Also, their stage is very amazing too, and evening shows are very high - quality. They even use actual alcohol in cocktails. 🍹 (from my own experience i know some of the all-inclusive hotels don’t use real alcohol)

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

The best staff in any Turkish hotel we have been in, and there were many. The location is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing really going on in the hotel. The food is good but the hotel is a bit tired and work down. But again, the staff was incredibly friendly.

Хороший отель. Очень близко находится к Лэнд оф ледженс. Отель хороший, персонал приветливый. Еда вкусная, разнообразная. Но в дате выезда нам в 8 утра уже отключили свет, будто «вежливо» попросили быстро собраться и выйти из номера, было не приятно.

호텔이 마음에 들어서 아이들과 두 번째로 휴가를 갔어요. 서비스는 최고 수준입니다. 음식은 맛있습니다. 수영장에는 어린이용 미끄럼틀이 없지만 예전에는 미끄럼틀이 있었습니다. 하지만 놀이공원은 무제한으로 입장할 수 있어요. 성인 3명만 앱을 통해 객실 예약이 가능했는데, 어린이는 현장에서 추가 비용을 지불해야 했던 점이 아쉽습니다. 직원분들 덕분에 전반적으로 휴가는 성공적이었습니다!

나는 경기 침체에서 러시아어를 사용하는 Sergey가 모든 것을 말하고 설명하는 것을 완벽하게 만났습니다. 침실이 2개인 침대 외에 1인실이 또 있어서 방이 협소합니다. TV나 냉장고가 작동하지 않았습니다. 차는 커피와 차와 설탕으로 가득 차있었습니다. 잘 청소되어 발코니와 매끄러운 곳에서 볼 수있었습니다. 객실에는 단열 카펫과 슬리퍼 및 코트가 제공되지 않습니다. 금고는 하루 3유로, 우리는 가져 가지 않았습니다. 수건도 하루 1유로 대여. 5월 초부터 스웨덴 테이블이 없었습니다. 그러나 배고픈 것은 떠나지 않았습니다. 무엇을 주면 먹습니다. 불편하고 많이 먹지 않아서 그냥 버렸습니다. 차와 커피 머신과 희석된 레모네이드는 아침부터 22:00까지 무료 이용 가능합니다. 또한 17시부터 18시까지 스낵 쿠키. 바다는 5분이면 가깝고 파도 없이 잔잔하고 수영을 할 수 있습니다. 산이 있는 영토의 수영장은 매우 작고 춥습니다. 일반적으로 그러한 돈을 위해 바다의 나쁜 터빈은 아닙니다. 관광객은 적었다. 그러나 이 마을은 버스 정류장 옆에 있는 어딘가에 가서 즐거운 시간을 보내는 것입니다. 벨렉과 레전드 파크에 갔는데 너무 좋았어요.
