I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Plaza Al Madinah Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially for Fajr and Isha.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.
Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the overall environment of the hotel was calm and family-friendly. I truly appreciate the smooth check-in and check-out process.

'Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I did find some hair on the bed sheet on the first day, but aside from that, everything was fine. The room has an amazing view of the Haram and the staff are great, especially Mr Muotaz and Mr Mumin. They’re very friendly and easy to talk to. Some staff may take a bit of time to understand requests, so you might need to be patient and follow up. If the room cleaning could be improved, I’d definitely give it a 5. Overall, I had a great stay in Madinah.'

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.

익익명 사용자Our stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special.
Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome.
Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

It takes literally 5 mins to get to the masjid.
On the quieter side of the masjid compared to the other side with all the buzz and it's very close to Jannatul Baqi too.
The room size itself is massive. You get all the amenities in the rooms like slippers, bathrobes, shower gel etc. safe box in the cupboards which are big enough for all the clothes and even have an iron and ironing board in the room.
All The staff are amazing and friendly especially the cleaners,. dining staff and luggage men.
Very helpful and even gave us an extra 1 hour to check out because we were running late.
Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

위치는 310번 게이트(남자 게이트) 근처에 완벽하며, 버기 카트를 타고 취바까지 조금 걸어가면 나바위 여자 게이트 근처에 선물 가게보다 저렴한 가격으로 무료로 쇼핑할 수 있는 선물 가게가 많이 있습니다.

한 가지 충격적인 만남은 늙은 아버지가 침대에서 넘어졌을 때 이른 아침에 리셉션에 전화를 걸어 그를 데리러 올 사람이 필요했습니다. 리셉션의 무자비한 남자는 도와 줄 사람이 없다고 말했습니다.
나중에 그는 누군가를 보냈고 나는 그들에게 구급차를 부르도록 도와달라고 다시 전화를 걸었고 그는 '그 남자가 이미 거기에 있지 않습니까'라고 말했습니다.

리리뷰어원래 다른 호텔을 예약했었는데, 도착하자마자 바로 예약을 취소하고 최대한 빨리 다른 호텔을 찾았어요. 깨끗하고, 나바위 모스크 근처에 있으면서 가격도 적당한 곳을 원했죠. 인터컨티넨탈이라는 브랜드는 알고 있었지만, 두 곳 모두 인터컨티넨탈이어서 조금 더 괜찮아 보이는 곳으로 선택했어요.
호텔은 오래전에 지어졌고, 리모델링 계획 중이라는 정보를 미리 알고 있었기 때문에 어떤 모습일지 예상할 수 있었어요. 호텔 특유의 파란색 카펫과 1950년대/1960년대 분위기가 너무 좋았어요 (숀 코너리가 나오는 제임스 본드 영화 속 한 장면 같았죠). 호텔에 머무는 동안 점점 더 마음에 들었어요. 창밖 풍경은 정말 환상적이었어요. 창문을 열 수 있다는 거 잊지 마세요! 아마 열 수 없다고 생각하는 사람들도 있을 텐데, 정말 특별한 경험이니 꼭 한번 열어보세요. 무엇보다도, 친절하고 배려심 넘치는 직원분들 덕분에 인터컨티넨탈 호텔에 묵고 있다는 사실을 잊고 마치 친구 집에 온 것 같은 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 창문 너머로 우후드 산이 보이는 멋진 전망을 자랑하는 객실에서 묵었는데, 호텔 바로 앞에 카페들이 즐비하고 모스크도 산책로를 따라 5분 정도 걸어가면 도착할 수 있습니다. 비둘기에게 먹이를 줄 수도 있고, 우버나 택시도 바로 앞에서 저렴하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 우후드 산이나 쿠바까지도 걸어갈 수 있고, 어디든 편하게 갈 수 있습니다. 그리고 가장 좋은 점은 로비에 들어서자마자 바로 앞에 체크인/안내 데스크가 있다는 것입니다.
참고: 사람 구경하는 것을 좋아한다면 호텔 객실에서 바깥 풍경을 감상하는 것도 아주 좋습니다.
로비에 무료 대추야자와 아랍 커피(세계 최고 수준)를 제공하는 커피 바가 있고, 이 호텔의 조식과 룸서비스 음식은 제가 44세에 51개국을 여행하며 먹어본 것 중 최고였습니다. 메카에서 묵었던 자발 오마르 호텔과 비교해도 손색이 없거나 오히려 더 훌륭했습니다. 이 호텔에 묵으시면 절대 후회하지 않으실 겁니다. 혹시라도 문제가 생기면 객실 전화로 안내되는 번호 중 아무거나 누르시면 누군가 바로 해결해 드릴 겁니다.
호텔 경영진은 정말 최고였고, 저를 친구나 가족처럼 대해주셨습니다. 특히 카디자 수녀님을 비롯한 직원분들 덕분에 정말 만족스러워서 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 마샤알라.

The check in was smooth, very responsive CS for asking several things and booking code for nusuk matters, only by WhatsApp. The room is small and no window but we could get some rest here. There is a small restaurant near and affordable. Unfortunately, we left our plastic consists of our shoes at the lobby while catching pick up taxi to Makkah. My mistake but there was no good news about it. At the same day as we arrived at Makkah, directly contact the CS but no one saw it and they did not want to check the cctv.
