그랜드 하얏트 코치 볼가티에서의 숙박은 케랄라 여행의 하이라이트였습니다. 우리는 2-bedroom 빌라에 머물렀고 경험의 모든 부분은 우리의 기대를 뛰어 넘었습니다. 우리가 도착한 순간부터 환대는 예외적이었습니다. 직원들은 따뜻하고 세심하고 전문적이며 항상 미소로 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 그들이 손님에게 주는 보살핌과 관심을 진정으로 느낄 수 있습니다. 빌라 자체는 넓고 고급스럽고 편안하며 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 분위기, 청결, 시설 및 아름다운 해안가 전망은 우리의 체류를 믿을 수 없을 정도로 편안하고 가치있게 만들었습니다. 케랄라의 여러 곳을 여행한 후, 이것은 모든 페니 가치가 있다고 진정으로 느꼈던 숙박이었습니다. 우리 여행을 기억에 남게 만들어준 팀 전체에 감사드립니다. 우리는 확실히 미래에 다시 돌아오고 싶습니다.

비교적 신축 호텔로 객실은 많지 않지만, 서비스는 모든 단점을 상쇄하고도 남습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 뷔페도 괜찮았으며, 조용하고 평화로운 곳을 찾는다면 좋은 위치에 있고, 대형 쇼핑몰 바로 옆에 위치해 있습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다.

I recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

우리는 공항과 가까워 두 번 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 매우 크고 우리 3 명을위한 충분한 공간이있는 스위트 룸에서 처음으로 그들은 우리 아들을 위해 침대를 만들었습니다. 직원들은 환영하고 친절했습니다. 공항 셔틀은 항상 이용 가능합니다. 침대는 정말 편안했습니다 음식은 좋았습니다. 수영장은 크고 새로 고침하기 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 고치 공항에 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 정말 나쁘지 않은 부정적인 점은 방이 조금 더 깨끗할 수 있었지만 실제로는 문제가되지 않았습니다.

10.30 오후 10 시까 지 어느 날 밤 우리는 거기에 머물렀다. 나는 알지 못하는 Ac가 아닌 것을 예약했지만 나중에 나는 비 AC에서 AC로 전환하고 너무 많은 추가 Rs.800을 청구했습니다. 우리가 주문한 음식은 좋았지 만 그들은 가락을 제공하지 않았습니다. 우리가 방의 한쪽을 다른 지역으로 돌릴 수 없기 때문에 매우 작은 방과 욕실도 작습니다. 직원들은 매우 훌륭했습니다 야간 근무 사람은 의심의 여지없이 매우 친절했습니다. 이제 다른 장소와 내 집을 다시 방문한 후 다시 나는이 호텔이 아닌 다른 호텔에서 하루 숙박을 예약했습니다. 위치는 공항 근처의 마을 쪽에 있습니다. 방과 화장실의 청소는 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 나는 평균을 제공하며이 속성에 다시 머물지 않을 것입니다.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.
